Amazing Catches

If it weren't for the Special Defense I'd trade for that Gastrodon!
 
I used to hatch eggs in Sapphire 'til I got the nature I wanted, then EV train from there, I didn't care about IVs. When I got Emerald, I traded over some of my level 100s to use in the battle tower, and decided to ask the Emerald IV checker - Was suprised to find I had a 31 Attack and Defense Kingdra :)

My Zapdos, Horus, too. It was the first Timid one I caught. I was away on holiday, and took it due to high looking Sp. Attack, hoping to fluke HP Ice (it was my third Zapdos that I'd caught and sent over for HP Ice hax. Random.). I was ecstatic when the Emerald IV checker told me it had 31 Sp. Defense / Sp. Attack (in that order >.>) and nearly exploded when I taught it Hidden Power and used it on a Kecleon :)

Nature isn't that bad for a completely random capture. IVs look hot despite none of them being 31.

My shiny Cubone is adamant and 20+ in all stats,my 31/x/x/x/x31 modest ditto and my 31/x/31/x/x/x adamant ditto,I need to put these guys up for trade ;)
 
The very first Heatran I caught was Rash and had 31 IVs in Special Attack as well as 28 IVs in Speed.

In fact, I'm not sure why I haven't stuck a Scarf on it and started using it ...
 
I PM'd him about it, apparently its just the brave one thats been roaming around =/
 
Probably the Azelf in my trade thread. I did SR for it, but I was doing it without Synch support and just ended up getting a decent one. Several months later, I found that it had a usable HP Fighting.
 
These pokemon would be 2 of the best catches I've ever had.

Only thing is, I've never ever caught/fought a shiny pokemon (in all my years of playing)

The Groudon I caught with 31 Atk and 31 Def, and 26 Spd, everything else 14+. Hidden Power Bug 70, Swords Dance and Fire Punch, Adamant. (Not an advertisement. Kinda.)

But yeah, I checked it's IV's, not expecting anything too glamorous, and WHOO, did I fall out of my chair.

But then Jibbly had to go and get one better than mine. >=(
 
Well, here's one of my better ones in DP...

I was trying to soft-reset for a good Palkia (mind you, without a sync Pokemon), and I managed to catch this nice one after about an hour or so:

So yeah, not +Spd Nature or whatever, but still a very nice and effective Mix Palkia.
