Ever wanted to beat Pdon, Ferro and blobs with one set? Now you can!

Kyogre-Primal @ Blue Orb
Ability: Primordial Sea
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Water Spout
- Origin Pulse
- Hidden Power [Ground]

I don't think I get that many marks for creativity, but I think it's clear how effective the set can be. HP ground is able to 2HKO Pdon at +1 (even max spdef), meaning it can set up on another Pokemon and then beat Pdon from full if it's not running max speed. CM spout Pogre is also able to overpower Chansey and Blissey. The reason then to use this set over physical is because this set can also overcome Ferrothorn. Spout at +1 does too much damage, with it 2hkoing even after leech protects. You can afford to drop Ice Beam as that's only really used for Mega Ray and Pdon; HP Ground hits Pdon and because it's an offensive set it gets bopped my M Ray anyway, so the coverage isn't that important. Origin Pulse at +1 does enough to stop Mega Rayquaza from setting up if you have some priority in the back.

Calcs:
+1 252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Water Spout (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Ferrothorn in Heavy Rain: 250-295 (71 - 83.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+1 252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Hidden Power Ground vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Groudon-Primal: 214-252 (52.9 - 62.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+1 252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Water Spout (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Blissey in Heavy Rain: 451-532 (63.1 - 74.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+1 252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Water Spout (150 BP) vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey in Heavy Rain: 394-465 (61.3 - 72.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+1 252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Origin Pulse vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Rayquaza-Mega: 188-222 (53.5 - 63.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Kyogre @ Blue Orb
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 236 Def / 24 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Sheer Cold

Just the defensive set with Sheer Cold as the filler move. Every time Kyogre is asleep it has a 10% chance of OHKOing something that doesn’t have sturdy or is an ice-type which combined with Scald burns makes it annoying to switch-into.

cheese strat. double team increases your evasion which is useful when the main move of Pdon to hit Pogre (Blades) have only 85% of accuracy.
After one double team, opposing Pdon have only 64% to hit blades ! Ice beam for hit pdon and mega ray, scald over origin pulse because more pp and always useful burn luck. Rest to heal any damage.
Max hp and def to boost your def, if strat fail.

I apologize ahead of time for laughable sets like these, but with so little to work with this time, this is what it has come down to.

- Defense Curl
- Calm Mind
- Scald/Ice beam

Throughout the existence which this massive whale has rekted havoc on teams, we can all agree that while being one of the best wall breakers that we have seen in this game, its mediocre speed and defense have held it back to some extent. Not anymore, for I present to you defense curl Primal Kyogre. Boost up your defenses with both defense curl + calm mind. Now you can take on physical threats much better and steadily increase your special atk to do massive damage. Rest is to keep yourself healthy from status and take advantage of those increased defense boosts. Scald is the preferred stab to do as much damage as possible with plentiful pp. However, ice beam can be used as an alternative if you do not want to be walled by Primal Groudon and also to hit threats like mega ray and ultra necrozma better.

Notable Calcs:
252 Atk Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. +1 248 HP / 252+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 129-153 (32 - 37.9%) -- 92.7% chance to 3HKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. +2 248 HP / 252+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 140-165 (34.7 - 40.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Marshadow Close Combat vs. +1 248 HP / 252+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 129-152 (32 - 37.7%) -- 89.7% chance to 3HKO
252+ Atk Groudon-Primal Precipice Blades vs. +1 248 HP / 252+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 142-168 (35.2 - 41.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
+2 252 Atk Necrozma-Ultra Photon Geyser vs. +1 248 HP / 252+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 204-240 (50.6 - 59.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+6 252+ Atk Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Earthquake vs. +1 248 HP / 252+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 283-334 (70.2 - 82.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 228+ Atk Zygarde-Complete Tectonic Rage (180 BP) vs. +1 248 HP / 252+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 271-321 (67.2 - 79.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 Atk Ferrothorn Power Whip vs. +2 252 HP / 252+ Def Kyogre-Primal: 96-114 (23.7 - 28.2%) -- 85.3% chance to 4HKO

Final Note:
Screens would probably compliment this set well and could potentially work against bulkier teams.

Once again, very barren remaining movesets and someone already stole my Rest Talk Roar OHKO-move.

Are you TIRED of the base 90 speed tier being stupid and overcrowded? EXHAUSTED of your nice offensive whale being faster than certain whales and lizards but slower than others? Absolutely DEPLETED by ladder idiots using 252+ speed Physical Proudon? Completely WORN OUT by AG Jesi making bad plays and never switching their aforementioned 252+ Proudons to PBlades while you make a decent play and Ice Beam the Ray on the predicted switch? Essentially BAFFLED by your opponent deciding to bring their stupid Smeargles in versus Ogre predicting an OPulse miss? Are you (okay let's google some more synonyms oh my god there arent anymore fuck fuck fuck) ... we scouting out here:

- Icy Wind
- Origin Pulse
- Ice Beam

Very similar to sets on webs, this Kyogre sets it's own webs! Kyogre, as a stupidly strong Pokemon, forces a lot of switches. Defensive teams really struggle with switching into Ogre (unless they have a Chansey and even she can lose versus a Physical set or with mild to moderate amounts of chip). This set doesn't break stall. It doesn't even find a way around Ferro without significant team support. This set allows for you to bypass 50-50's you have to play with the standard Arceus and base 90-spam BO. Icy Wind allows Ogre to outspeed -1 max speed 120's, thus altering BO counter play and preventing any sort of lord-pivots. This allows Ogre to beat many of its typical checks, including Lugia and Arceus-Grass, by now outspeeding them. Lugia becomes slower, Multiscale remains broken, and it's forced out or dies:

252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Origin Pulse vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Lugia in Heavy Rain: 261-307 (62.7 - 73.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Same applies to Lunala:
252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Origin Pulse vs. 148 HP / 0 SpD Lunala in Heavy Rain: 358-423 (79.2 - 93.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Arc-Water's speed is dropped and is KO'd at the small cost of 18% in Toxic damage (on the turn after the switch in):
252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Thunder vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Arceus-Water: 288-340 (64.8 - 76.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

The Best-Ogre-Counter-in-the-Game™ is now forced to Recover, no longer plays 50-50's, and severely risks the freeze:
252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Icy Wind vs. 252 HP / 240+ SpD Arceus-Grass: 110-130 (24.7 - 29.2%)
into
252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 240+ SpD Arceus-Grass: 178-210 (40 - 47.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

50-50's are a thing of the past with Groudon. Can't decide whether your opponent is going to sack their fast Groudon versus bring their Ray in? Now Kyogre hits both! Kyogre still kills Ray with Icy Wind while ensuring Groudon doesn't do something stupid (like staying in):

252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Rayquaza: 368-436 (104.8 - 124.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Groudon-Primal Precipice Blades vs. 116 HP / 0 Def Kyogre-Primal: 274-324 (74 - 87.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Groudon-Primal: 92-109 (26.9 - 31.9%) Damage doesn't really matter, but the speed drop is the most important aspect.

Stupid idiots aren't switching their stupid Smeargles in to avoid OPulse and out-speed any more, stupid idiots:
252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Icy Wind vs. 252 HP / 8 SpD Smeargle: 155-183 (49.3 - 58.2%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO

The issues with this set remain the same as normal Ogre "counters": the aforementioned Chansey, Blissey, Ferrothorn, Mega Venusaur... I think that's it. Kyogre is broken af. #BanOgre2019

To blessed Arushi: I acknowledge that this set is closely related to three-attack Ogre. While it has completely different utility and use, I understand that it's close enough that it may be disqualified. Proceed if you must.

All pogre set r gone so I am submitting a stupid one just to keep things going

Spam double team, hope for a miss and then sub

rest allows you to to heal and then you have 3 choices for attacks, scald does well against offensive teams, ice beam helps against mray and zygarde and water Spout can maybe break through some bulky teams one the blobs or ferro is gone

Kyogre-Primal is hard to work with for creating original sets lmao, seriously next time do an easier mon like another arceus form or something

Nowadays Ferrothorn don't really carry any Grass STAB, instead opting for Gyro Ball, so this set catches a lot of things off guard, Stall especially, who often just bring in their Blissey/Chansey without first scouting. When hiding behind a Substitute it can fish for OHKOs against other stuff switching in and as a physical attacker, it beats Groudon or Ferrothorn if it doesn't feel like trying its luck.
