hi spark3ly
i hope im allowed to do this err the colors on your banner are cute and fitting but i have some advice for you about some other visual concepts, one being your lineart and general coloring.
as i see it now, your lineart is messy, the size variation is good but i can tell theres some strokes that overlap, giving it a sloppy appearance. as for coloring i can see alot of places didn't get filled in and it looks incomplete. also i'd like to note that the facial features on sylveon looks unproportional to the flow of the rest of the body. the anatomy (esp the arms) of the victini look awkward places (almost unattached looking) the typography resolution is blurry and kinda dull in general, i'd recommend brushing up on that. One last thing i'd like to mention is the composition, there seems to be alot of dead space between the characters which could be resolved by simply bringing them closer together
hope that didn't come across as too harsh, just tryin to help :toast:

Tournament name: The UnderUsed of OverUsed
Host: me
Projected Deadline: After Battle Factory ends, so ~5 weeks
Format: OU
Tournament Rules:
  • Standard Tournament rules
  • Disconnection and Timer Clauses: In live tournaments with short time constraints such as the Smogon Tour, if a player disconnects or times out, the opponent may take the win. In other tournaments, if a player disconnects and contends that they could still win, the optimal solution is to recreate the exact situation the disconnection occurred at during the battle. If this is not feasible due to unreasonable battle length, highly improbable circumstances, or some other reason, the player who did not disconnect may choose to rematch with either the same teams or (the option to use) new teams. Timing out is still classified as a loss, unless the reason for timing out is a disconnection. If there is any suspicion that a disconnect was carried out deliberately to take advantage of this rule in any way, we reserve the right to exercise a harsh punishment.)
  • I like replays, they should be posted
  • Best of three (might remove)
  • All Standard OU clauses
Basically, the only usable Pokemon in this tournament are above 3.41% in the OU usage stats of [month this starts in] for 1500, but they must be below 9.7% usage in [month this starts in] for 1500.

Art Direction: Maybe some Pokemon in OU that are battling each other, except the OU Pokemon are barely OU, making them viable for use in the tournament.

Im sorry I didnt get the notification I love th idea - it's right up my alley. But I think it could be executed better. For example; everything being so pointy isn't how I saw the piece going. I appreciate the effort you putr into this, though. I really do.

I love how you've stylized it - but I feel it doesn't really fit in with the theme of Sabotaging something.
Alright, here's another try since I don't have much to do. I'm thinkin' the lettering could be better, but none of it's really finished yet anyway.

Guess I'll take this one, since it has been specifically requested. ;)
Should be able to finish it before 23th August.
