That is what I have read from older members than me, Stefywefy and Tangerine said the same thing once and others too. I don't know if there is a "story", it is as I said: somebody started redistributing it without saying who was the real owner and everybody started thinking that it was redistributable.
Normally the owner would notice this and complain, but both yamipoli and mindslicer aren't active in the wifi forum anymore.
I don't know if you would be blacklisted, ask a mod about that, this kind of thing is something only old members know about and I only found out about it not too long ago.

I've read somewhere that if you use 11 of the stat lowering berries (tamato, hondew, pomeg, kelpsy, qualot, grepa) it will lower the EV in that particular stat back to to zero.

Is this correct?

I am hoping so, because if I find a good Pokemon in the GTS with a good nature, I would like to reset it's EV's so I can EV Train it the way I want.

Yes. The first berry would reduce the EVs for the stat to 100, then the others would reduce them by 10.
 
Kevlar: The Rose Incense has to be on a Roselia/Roserade. Same with any evolved form that needs items to produce a baby (Wobbuffet, Snorlax, etc).

Nah I'm able to connect and everything fine (I think) I even get a .sav file in the directory that I am trying to save the dumped file in, but it has 0kb and no actual saved info on it.

I'm 99% sure it's not a router problem.
 
Tested on Pokemon: Battle Revolution.
Start: Omastar vs. Crobat.

Turn 1: Switched from Crobat to Blissey.
Omastar used Toxic Spikes.

Turn 2: Switched from Blissey to Crobat.
Omastar used Toxic Spikes.

Turn 3: Quick Claw: Omastar used Stealth Rock.
Crobat used Roost, but health was full.

Turn 4: Crobat used Roost, but health was full.
Omastar used Surf.
Crobat: 36% HP remaining.

Turn 5: Omastar used Protect.
Crobat used Roost.
Crobat healed by Black Sludge.

Turn 6: Switched from Crobat to Blissey.
Blissey was badly poisoned!

No go on Toxic Spike absorb from Roost, it seems.
 
I need an idea for an ou pokemon that I should use for my next breeding project. Its gotta not be done well, or not done at all on smogon.
 
Could someone give me good EV spread for naive mixed Dragonite. I have been thinking something like this: 150 Atk, 252 SpA and 100 Spe.

- Thunderpunch.

Is it Legit?

It quite possibly could be. It can learn all four of those moves via the move tutors on Emerald. However, this alone does'nt make it legit. You should look at it's IVs, and if they're amazing, you should get it hack-checked.


My question: What is the Fast Hatch Code for AR DS? What is the Quick Breed code aswell? Tell me if they affect legitimacy aswell, plz.

This is a code that allows you to hatch your eggs within 6 steps. Just hold L+R while you are walking around so that the egg can hatch.

Is synchronize really 50%? I've SR'd about twenty times on Azelf now with timid synch Abra and have only encountered timid Azelf twice. =/

It depends. Timid outspeeds more Pokemon such as garchomp so you can OHKO it with HP Ice. Mild is a great option too outspeeds Adamant Lucario and Adamant Heracross for more power but might hurt you more as a lot of Pokemon have Physical priority attacks. Why Mild though? Is it for Counter and Reversal?
