That could work. Catching Dittos randomly is usually a good place to start. One batch should have at least one flawless stat to pass.

You can catch dittos in emerald? @_@ Aside from my recent attempts at Rayquaza (still unsuccessful), I've never made a competitive glance at Emerald, so I have no idea where to get ditto. Where are they?
 
Desert Underpass. It's to the left of Fallarbor Town. It's in the house of the guy who gives you Dig. A passage will open up after beating the Elite Four there. Besides Dittos, the only noteworthy thing is the other of the two fossils you didn't get in Mirage Tower. Also, you will hate Whismur and Loudred while in there. They pop up fairly often, though they're supposed to be uncommon.
 
Yeah because I could never use competitive pokemon in a world where they are actually touched in a bad way and shunned apon.

I tried to go there with the ship, then over the sea from FullMoon, and 'Rai didn't appear. What am I doing wrong? I found this here

Hi, I have a gibble I obtained in a trade and I'm sure it's hacked as it has flawless stats.

My question is: Is it acceptable to use it for breeding? Will the offspring be considered 'legit'?

EDIT: Just Brave. I just saw an Adamant one. Also, no Brave Metagross around here.

i will have to check the IV's
and just because you get something off the GTS that has good stats doesnt neccesarly mean they are hacked, i have obtained a few double flawless, if people dont check or breed better they will appear, if you are not sure get it checked
 
How exactly do the weather extending items work? If I set up Rain Dance w/a poke holding damp rock, does the pokemon need to stay in play for the effect to be lengthened? If I set up Rain Dance and switch in a poke w/damp rock will the rain last longer?
 
No, the holder must set up rain and it will last for 8 turns

Question:
If I use the code to modify EV's that vitamins give and use them on pokemon, will the pokemon stay legit?

I'm having trouble connecting to WiFi, and I think it might not be mine or my router's fault.

Is there a way to check if it's Nintendo's fault? Some sort of "servers borked" information?

Edit: Nevermind, suddenly noticed the link in the error message. And it is Nintendo's fault. :p
