Can anyone name me the Pokemon that are commonly seen with speed between 103 and 116?

I know somebody already gave you five pokemon but I figured I'd give you a full list. Here's all pokemon with a speed in that range along with their tier (from old data from a month or two ago, but you'll still be able to guess what's probably OU and BL):

Code:
id | name | tier
-----------------------
380 | Latias | uber
381 | Latios | uber
249 | Lugia | uber
482 | Azelf | ou
94 | Gengar | ou
392 | Infernape | ou
121 | Starmie | ou
424 | Ambipom | bl
196 | Espeon | bl
419 | Floatzel | bl
429 | Mismagius | bl
243 | Raikou | bl
128 | Tauros | bl
478 | Froslass | uu
189 | Jumpluff | uu
428 | Lopunny | uu
310 | Manectric | uu
53 | Persian | uu
432 | Purugly | uu
78 | Rapidash | uu
123 | Scyther | uu
125 | Electabuzz | nu
64 | Kadabra | nu
215 | Sneasel | nu

I have been trying for ages to find a list of the HAX items so can anyone get me the list? Or at least tell me if bright powder is a HAX item. Thanks in advance :D

2*(4+x)

where x is the number the pokemon you battled usually gives, if Seaking gives 2 attack EVs then it would result in 12 EVs.

Hey I've never used smeargle before, but for it to have moves, do you have to level it up and put sketch in each move slot? Then copy the move of your opponenet permantly?

Easiest way is to just sketch your move. Heartscale sketch back. Repeat.

ok i want to start breeding. so i guess i gotta catch some dittos. hence i need pokemon with synchronize.

my question:
what pokemon can be found in the wild with the ability synchronize in peral and where, and whats the easyest to catch?

Pokesav cloning just creates a new pokemon with the same stats rather than actually making a clone.

It is possible to clone legitimately with pokesav but it requires an R4 which has AR functionality built in. Since AR cloning is faster, there's really no reason you should ever clone with pokesav.

This is what it says for the description of sleep talk:

"If Sleep Talk selects Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, Giga Impact, Hydro Cannon, Hyper Beam, Roar of Time, or Rock Wrecker, Sleep Talk loses 1 PP when using the move, and if the user remains asleep next turn, Sleep Talk is forced to be selected for the recharge turn and loses another PP."

What happens when sleep talk selects one of these moves on the turn before it wakes up? Does the user have a chance to attack immediately upon waking? The description seems to say that it is only relevant when the pokemon stays asleep, but I'm not sure.

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but I don't want to look through hundreds of pages of other questions.
