from Smogon's movedex :

Electric-type moves (including Thunder Wave) used against a Pokémon with Volt Absorb and Substitute up will heal the Pokémon behind the Subsitute. The same is true for Motor Drive, Water Absorb, and Flash Fire when the Pokémon behind the Substitute is targeted with the appropriate type of attack. Will-O-Wisp activates Flash Fire through a Substitute. Present damages the Substitute if it rolls damage, but heals the Pokémon if it rolls healing.

It works if you are looking for an article on the main-site and spell it correctly but the auto-redirection to Google custom search is broken and it shows a white screen. Remember the forums have their own search engine which is unaffected.

to my question:

How much damage does a belly drum-passed, choice band holding have?
 
I bred a jolly one thats not even up in my store yet.

My question is a pokemon with a speed stat of 269 has a speed stat of 538 if they have the swift swim ability and its raining. Is this correct?
 
yea, that's right; the speed simply doubles.

Another question: Is Wobbuffet now OU, or is it still considered Uber? And if it is now OU, when did this change happen?

Wobb is currently considered OU; this happened as Colin decided to unban it for testing on February 1st and the policy-makers haven't made up their minds on the results.
 
If you have a Pokémon that needs set up, I don't see why not.

Like Raichu and Charizard. Raichu attracts Earthquakes like the plague, so you Encore one and switch to Charizard for your free Substitute or Belly Drum.

What's the quickest way to level up for the elite four?
In terms of grinding xp, is there a trainer who gives a lot?

I don't remember what number it is, but there's one in the NE part of the Battle Island.


And I guess using the VS seeker at a cluster of trainers. I don't think you can do it in a cave, but you can find a good spot for each poke; for waters, a group of Hikers; for grass/electric types, a group of swimmers (If you can in Water <.<)
 
Speaking of Gyarados, in the "strategy" for Pachirisu, is it true that a L2 Gyarados could survive its charged thunder? It's a stupid question, but I was just curious.
