My question is where can i get a cubone with fire punch? I have a tourney in a couple days and i need a marowak sweeper. and i need it fast so i dont have time to get 48 bp and teach it with the tutor. Any help is much appreciated. ^.^

Is there a page somewhere on a fansite or something that has a list of all the ribbons in the D/P data, and how to obtain them?

Anyone know the answer for sure to mine? I kind of need to know soon.

Edit: Nvm, I haxed the shit out Palmer's Heatran when I definitely should have lost. Thunderbolt paralyzed him then he was fully paralyzed for three turns, then I DB'd Regigigas. Problem solved.

I spent some time breeding and the best I got were Manectrics with HP Ghost 66 and HP Ice 57. Which should I use? Is Ghost any good? I guess it's good for Psychic types and Gengar, but is it worth a shot? I have another with HP Ice 64, but other than it's sp.att, it's stats are not that good as the others (speed iv of 17(crap))...

What are your exact IVs?

Hp Ghost is not a good option really,
ice is much better.
What are the speed IVs for Ice 64?

Does anything bad happen to your game if you trade Non-Sinnoh Pokemon over before you have the National Dex?
In fact, it can be beneficial in the beginning of the game. It increases the number of pokemon that count towards obtaining your EXP Share.

(Of course, if you battle everybody anyways you'll easily have the 40 seen needed for that.)

If you're breeding with ditto, does the nature and IVs of the ditto affect the offspring. Is it the better IVs on the ditto, the better IVs the offsspring acquire?

A Ditto with an Everstone has a 50% chance of passing on its nature.

The offspring has a chance of inheriting (up to two) IVs from the Ditto because the Ditto is one of its parents.

Can an HP Ice 57 from a Manectric with an sp.att iv of 29, due much? I plan to use him in PBR, maybe to take down some dragons?

HP Ice base 57

Vs. Grass types - 114 BP vs. 190 from Flamethrower
Vs. Dragon/water - 57 BP vs 143 from T-bolt
Vs. Pure dragon - 114 BP vs 71.25 from T-bolt
Vs. Salamence - 228 vs 143 from T-bolt

As a general rule of thumb, if the Hidden Power is less than 60, its usually not worth it. HP Ice with a BP of ~60 (lets face it - 3 Base Points fail to make much of a difference) is still okay to keep, but should be bred fro better.

Gigafrost - it won't count towards obtaining certain items - thats SinnohDex pokemon only.

If a pokemon like Drifblim uses substitute and then baton passes it on to another pokemon, does the substitute on the new pokemon have 1/4th of Drifblim's HP or 1/4th of the new pokemon's HP?

It uses Drifblim's HP, so it'd be 100+.

Drifblim is used for mainly this reason.

But it works off the recipients Defences, no?
Yes. Eg:
Drifblim uses Substitute.
Drifblim takes damage..
Drifblim uses Baton Pass
Salamence comes in, with a damaged sub up using Drifblim's HP, but the sub's defence is according to Salamence's.

This would be different however, if Drifblim had increased defences when the sub was passed. The newly switched in Salamence wiuld have the increased defences of Drifblim, which would also apply to the sub.

If a pokemon uses batonpass, and the opposing pokemon uses pursuit, does the pokemin using batonpass get hit by the pursuit?
Also, to get more complicated, if in a double battle, a pokemon get whirlwinded, but the other opponents pokemon uses pursuit, does the whirlwinded pokemon get hit?

heh

For the first one Pursuit never gets boosted damage against a Pokémon using Baton Pass. So, it would not hit first, it would hit normally for normal damage.

For your second question, Pursuit has +1 priority against Pokemon switching out, not getting whirlwinded, since WW has -1 priority.
To sum it up, the Pokemon about to get Whirlwinded gets hit for regular damage.

If i save a shoddy log, how do What programme should I load it in?

EDIT: Hahahaha, microsoft word you big DOPE!

During Trick Room, does paralysis help? I'm debated whether to put Body Slam or Return on my Snorlax and didn't know if paralyzing would make the opposing team faster.
