I know LO means Life Orb...and is determined by the HP IV value... but:
What exactly is LO number?
Is there a guide for this? (like the maximum Lefties recovery guide)

Defense Curl raises the pokes defense stat by 1 stage and Amnesia raises the pokes sp. defense stat by 2 stages and if you were looking for specific stat numbers then I'm sorry but I can't provide that for you:(

Yes you can. My cousin and I use it all the time with our Sapphire games.
Ok, well me a my friend tried to use the adapters to trade emerald pokemon to Ruby/Sapphire and vise versa, but we can't seem to do it. What exactly do I need to do to make it work?

Basically, Life Orb takes away 10% of your HP each time you use an attack that hits an opponent/ally, the Life Orb 'magic' number I would have to guess is a number divisible by 10 plus 9, that way you take Life Orb damage of the number divisible by 10 divided by 10 rather than another number, i.e. 100 vs 109 hp 100hp makes you lose 10 hp per attack so you get a max of 10 attacks whereas for the 109 you still lose 10hp but you get a max of 11 attacks and it's the max hp you can have before moving to another level of Life Orb damage, 110 being 11 damage. (or so i guess)
Leftovers should be the other way around where you want a multiple of 16 so you can get that recovery since Leftovers heals you 1/16, i.e. 160 vs 159, with 160 hp Leftovers heals you 10 hp, whereas with 159hp Leftovers only heals you 9hp which seems like a waste, since with one more hp you'd be healing an extra hp per turn...

All you need to do is connect it to the front of your Game Boy Advance, and you should be able to do it. Its probably your adapters that aren't working right.

How dumb of an idea would you guys say a team with no walls is? I've heard of teams with all wall-breakers, so I was thinking about trying it. Is it worth it?

hmmm, interesting I'll surely copy this, Thanks a lot!

EdiT: So if i got this right a LO user should have 281 instead of 280 right?

Yup, marriland team maker. I wanted to check weaknesses, so I just copied it right from that. It'd be a themed team.(obviously it'd have levitate for gengar) "Rogues" would be the theme of it for an online gym on a different site.

Opinions please; which skarmory should I keep?

27/11/29/1/31/31 (Sassy)

11/11/25/13/31/17 (Impish)

25/31/29/15/31/19 (Relaxed)
