can you give an example of a pokemon that gives 3 ev for each stat...

i think it goes by whats a pokemon's best stat, and the final evolution gives the most ev's, and for pokemon that dont evolve, it depends on how strong they are

like for example im pretty sure mewtwo would give 3 of whatever is highest stat is, speed or special attack?

while as something like tyrantar would give out 3 attack evs while pupitar would only give out 2 and larvitar 1

You won't DE-Transform.. that's for sure..., you should be able to use a different attack that is unless you use Transform into another Ditto, or a Smeargle or Mew that knows Transform, in which case you'll be locked into Transform...

LOL

The stats are determined by the parents. Read the breeding guide.
perhaps i should be more clear
if you keep breading a pokemon with with the pokemon it gives birth to will the stats be similar to the parents or will they be higher?
example
scyther+cyther
\scyther with higher stats/

or

scyther+scyther
\scyther same stats as parents/

well.. as he says.. there are probably answers in the breeding guide.. but a Pokemon bred out will have up to 3 stats equivalent to its parent (1 from one and 2 from the other) and the rest of the stats are randomized, so it could be lower, higher or just equal to..

wow i never knew that i just thought they'd all go all in once after you gave them to you poke but is there a way to predict that?
I have no idea what you just said... but the EVs are in there once you give it to them... like if you give it 100 EVs... it'll have 100 EVs from that level until level 100... unless you add or take away those EVs...

predict what exactly

i need an adamant zangoose with 31 ivs on speed and attack and max evs on speed and attack
i can offer a scizor with ivs 31 attack defense hp and speed 30 sp def and 24 ap atk

yeah but for example i keep track of my stats for my lets say metagross i have his atk stat at 130 and it has not had one vitamin so if i gave it 10 Proteins it would have 100 Evs in Attack meaning 25 Stat points but when i check the stats haven't changed at all and when i level it up it doesn't say 25+ in attack?

... vitamins take effect immediately, the stat should have changed after you gave...it the Vitamin... or two...

I don't exactly have access to shoddy atm (aka all my team testing is done by giving fabbles instructions over aim, he's so cool), so I can't look myself but if I switch yanmega into a ddnite as he dds, do I get the speed boost?

You should get the speed boost at the end of the turn after dragonite dragon dances.

Like I posted before, unless the attack stat and/or defense stat are supposed to reach certain numbers to OHKO certain things or take certain hits, that spread will work just fine.

It's certainly nice that you have 31HP now though.

[edit] here's what I posted before;
Unless the 80ATK or 176DEF hits a number with special significance (IE OHKO certain threats / turn OHKO into 2HKO), you should be fine running the same spread. You obviously won't be able to reach maximum HP with the 27HP IV, but again, unless it has a special significance, it shouldn't be a problem.

If the attack or defense EVs do something important, you'll have to decide which is more important and take EVs from the other (or from HP).

Hope that helps. I'm not very familiar with Mawile or what that spread is supposed to do, but those are some basic guidelines to consider.
