yea i know but im saying a lucario with an iv of 4, 252 evs, would it be able to outspeed another lucario with an iv of 30, but few evs, considering if they were the same level and same nature

basically im asking how much of a difference does iv make
like if 2 pokemon were exactly the same, level, nature, evs, species
but one had a 31 iv and the other a 30 iv in special attack
how far apart would they be

as of the moment im unable to connect still, no access point, so im trying to go for 100 in the battle tower,

so at the lower levels, like im at 37 now
15 points seperate my attack and special attack stats because the stupid egg had an impish nature and its special attack iv sucks

but at level 100, the difference between a lucario with 31 ivs and a 4 iv would be 27 points?

and also, how many of those 27 points can i make up through ev training

You can't make them up. If you and your opponent both EV train Max speed, there is no way your Lucario will outspeed his if he has a higher IV.

Speed is the most important IV on sweepers. Everything (except Atk/SpA of course) else can go to hell, for all it matters.

so the only way is to breed it with ditto then hope to get a female then breed a thousand riolus until one of them is perfect?

Read the breeding guide. If just one of your parents has a good IV, I believe there is a 1/4 chance that the egg will have that stat passed on. If your Female Parent has the right nature, giving her an everstone will make ita 1/8 chance that both Speed AND Nature will get passed on.

This will help you tremendously:

Read the whole thing, and you will be ready to start breeding competitively.

ok im in the middle of beefing up my lucario for the elite 4, then afterwards ill breed it
but one question
someone once said you can only give 10 of anything to a pokemon, so then, could i give all 10 at once or would i have to wait a certain time from one calcium to the next dose and/or level it up?

but am i suppose to be using a nidoran(M) with one of those pokemon that knows sucker punch
No, you'd want to breed Nidoran Female (has to be Nidoran; Nidorina and Nidoqueen can't breed) with a male of one of those Pokemon that knows sucker punch.

er... actually, you can only give vitamins up to the point that that Pokemon has atleast 100 EVs in that stat... normally 10 but... if you exceed 100 EVs you can no longer feed them vitamins for that stat... you can give all 10 vitamins at the same time though...
What's Little Cup?
Little Cup is where you use level 5 Pokemon of the lowest evolution form, that Pokemon HAS to be able to evolve, i.e. you can't use Kangaskhan because it doesn't evolve, and you can't use Pikachu because it evolves from Pichu...

hmm ok so heres a scenario
if i gave my lucario 9 calciums, it would bring special attack evs to 97
then i have to stop there, or i could give one more?
and just to make sure, 10 calciums is an immediate 25 point boost in special attack, right?

you could give it one more because you didn't pass 100 EVs yet...
yes and no... 10 Calciums is an immediate 25 point boost ONLY if the Pokemon is level 100, if not it's a smaller boost until you reach level 100..

so wait, how many pokemon do you need to wipe out to max out a stats evs...

I want to use wifi... I have a lynkys broadband router and it doesn't work. I bought one of those usb adapter things and it didn't work. What is the problem here?

>.< that depends... some Pokemon give 1 EV to a stat, whereas others go up to giving you 3 EVs, also there's the vitamins to account for... basically 252 is the highest you should aim for because 255 is just wasting 3 EVs, so 10 vitamins is 100 EVs.. that leaves 152 to training, which can be cut with Power Items and Pokerus... so generally with neither of those you can KO 152 Pokemon that give you 1 EV in the stat... 76 for Pokemon that give you 2 EVs, or 32 if you're using a Power Item against 1 EV, 27 if you're using Power Item against 2 Ev... and halved with Pokerus... if you get this..

can you give an example of a pokemon that gives 3 ev for each stat...

so i would have to wait until level 100 to give it calciums, or 99
or does the boost get larger as i level up, even if i used all 10 at a previous (low) level
