yeah there is. and I know Abomasnow is capable of having such a moveset.
I think the types are: Ice, Fighting, Grass, and something else. sorry, I'll try to find it
 
Chimecho, I believe in the second/third room before the exit in Victory Road, there's an area with water/waterfalls. Surf for a while and you'll eventually get one. Just a warning though, it has a low appearance rate.
 
Well, you can try a BP Bibarel set, it would work better than this IMO, in case you want a successful NU team. Ledian would work as your BPer.

Anyway, I strongly Apoligize, I misread your question. I did not read the word "random".
To be honest, I have Been looking around, but have not seen anything that suggests so. although, this could be tied to the battle recorder somehow, and we have just not heard of it.
