What happened to the Policy Review sub-forum? It seems to have vanished.
For what it's worth, I can see it just fine. Maybe your ICBB status is the problem? Only thing I can think of.
Oh, that's probably it. Though I couldn't imagine why the whole "I could be banned" status would affect my ability to see that forum....
Ok so here's my problem, it's somewhat simple "imo" (Is typing imo breaking the incoherent post rule?) so I'm going to post it here. I've posted this Mew on the LAMP threads and it got ignored about the fact that I need someone to hack check it, but I found a problem with it on Shoddy, it doesn't have legal IVs which could be an easy answer to it's "legitness", but the thing is, this is not a faraway island Mew, here's the details:

Okay to start off, there are a couple of things that I want people to know about this Mew: One, I did not personally obtain it from the event, it was traded to me. Two, it is currently not for trade, as I need to get it hack checked first. Three, my internet kept restarting while I was writing this so I'm somewhat pissed at it right now. Alright, now that that's out of the way, I can give you some more information about this Mew if you want to continue reading. First of all, I traded for this Mew before the applet and after around May 23, 2007. I traded for it during my Serebii days before I joined Smogon and if I recalled correctly, the person said they got it from a Toys R Us event, and thanks to Lorak, this event was confirmed, and this is most likely to be a Toys R Us Mystery Mew. Here is Mew's summary, feel free to ask for more information if needed:Code:[U][SIZE="2"]Pokemon Info[/U] OT | [COLOR=red]MYSTRY[/COLOR] ID No. | 06930 Exp. Available as UT Lv 10 Mew.
The IVs are generated differently from regular legends so a hack checker can only check if the OT and SID are correct but not if the IVs and nature are possible to get. I don't think the algorythm for that pokemon has been discovered yet, at least the guy that programmed pAC legends lists US MYSTIC Mew as not working.

Hmm, I looked on Bulbapedia's list of event Pokemon and I found no US MYSTIC Mew, the only things that come close to it are the MYSTRY Mew I have and possibly all of those Japanese named Mew, but it says US so yeah... Anyway, so is hack checking this Mew going to possible, near impossible, or not even possible yet? I didn't really get what you meant by the SID, can that be viewed in game on Mew's Info Page? It is before the applet if that means anything, I found a some more information on my Mew if it matters, here and incase no one saw this. Again I would really appreciate it if someone may attempt to hack check this for me. Is it possible to hack check it myself even though I don't own an AR or any external devices, because I heard something about downloading the pAC? Thanks.

You can't really find the animated sprites on the internet. Sure you can get the first frame and the second frame, but animating them is a lot harder. In game the sprites do many different things, like rotate and vibrate and get bigger and smaller, which can't be done without a specific driver on the internet.
