is there a specific date to when nintendo will allow the different forms to be on wifi?

Also when I tried to upload the battles on the GTS building it keeps giving me this weird message that says "Theres a problem with both players pokemon". Does nintendo also have to fix that problem as well?

It's not something Nintendo's servers do; it's actually hard-coded into the games, meaning it's not something that's going to be changed, at least not until whatever's the next Pokemon game comes out.

Does anyone know what replaces the 100 Wins at the Battle Tower star on the Trainer Card?

I dont understand the question but i think you mean alternate ways to get the stars?

Complete Pokedex
Get Master Rank on every contest
Capture 100 flags in the underground
E4
100 Wins on BT

Does a Smeargle-less way exist to breed both Pursuit and Dragon Dance onto a Larvitar? I like to have my options open to me when breeding pokémon.

No, I mean what replaces it on Platinum, or do you still need 100 wins at the battle tower to get that flag?

Smeargle isn't an option. Tyranitar is Monster egg group, Smeargle is Ground.

It doesn't look like a legal combination. You can check yourself if you doubt me.

Probably never, considering that the code that disallows them is in the game itself, not on the servers. Even then, I doubt that Ninty would send a patch to the games. Such an unfortunate factor :(

(Well for now I don't care because of SCV ^_^).

I'm pretty sure the 100 BT wins thing is still there. I think Serebii mentioned it during JP Plat's release.

Since Regigigas can't learn Skill Swap, Skill Swapping away Regigigas's ability can only be used in double battles. This isn't banned or limited by any clause and still works.

Be warned that it doesn't work on the carts (like on Wifi or ingame), only on PBR. You'll swap the ability but your stats will remained halved (I forget if they go normal again after the 5 turns is up or if it's permanent).

I don't know if it's that way in Platinum though.

I read it doesnt work on only the japanese carts and it was actually a glitch that got fixed in the US version.

(Directly from Smogon) "In Japanese versions of Diamond / Pearl, removing Slow Start does not undo the Attack and Speed drop; the Slow Start Pokemon must still wait 5 turns."

Distributable: That means other trainers aside from the owners can spread the Pokemon around.

Non distributable means only the owner can distribute it.

when garchomp was OU, what was the most popular set anti-garchomp set for gliscor? and was there a more reliable counter than gliscor?

The most typical Gliscor set ran Earthquake, Roost, Stealth Rock, and Ice Fang, with max HP and Defense (or something like it). It wasn't particularly amazing at beating Garchomp, but it forced Outrage (Gliscor would win if Chomp had DClaw and Sand Veil did not activate) and could remove Yache Berry.

I can't speak for everyone, but I always found Bronzong to be a much more effective counter. I would often just explode as soon as I saw Garchomp, but as Substitute became more popular, Bronzong was forced to Gyro Ball first to check for Sub.

This isnt pokemon related, but My computer is fucked up and i need some help. it wont get passed the screen where it says "windos XP" with the little green loading bar. It turns it off before it gets passed that. I just deleted my plat file again, but luckily i backed it up 2 days ago so i need to get the computer to work in order to get the plat back.

I tried to get to boot it in safe mode, but it still turns off.

On a mono-fighting team, would an Adamant or Jolly Scarfed Heracross be better? I assume Jolly, but I want to know other people's responses.

TBH, the "reason" Chomp was banned from Smogon, IIRC, is because "It had no reliable counter without sending out something to die, followed up by a revenge killer" or something like that. Because of Chomps unpredictible movesets, there was never a "safe" switch in, so something pretty much always died.

However, I believe what TAY says is true. Only other thing I can think of is CB Mamo Ice Shard, but I doubt it. I think it would get hit hard on the switch and Mamo would only serve to kill the Yache Berry. If it didn't have Yache, it was dead, IIRC.

My guess is that you would have to boot directly from an XP disk.

Depends on your team. Scarf is used to beat most high base speed non-scarf Pokemon, and since you said "Mono Fighting" I guess you will have no quick hitters, barring bLucario.

I would go with a Scarf-revenge kill set.

In gravity, are flying pokemon ridded of their type (like in roost) or just hit by ground moves?
Source: http://www.smogon.com/dp/moves/gravity

Gravity
Type Power Accuracy PP Priority Damage
Psychic - - 5 0 -

For 5 turns after this move is used, immunity to Ground-type attacks, as well as immunity to Arena Trap, Toxic Spikes, and Spikes as a result of the Flying type, the Levitate ability, or Magnet Rise, is nullified. Further, the use of Bounce, Fly, Hi Jump Kick, and Jump Kick is prevented. If Fly or Bounce is in the process of being charged, the user immediately stops using the move when Gravity is used. During the effect, evasion modifiers for all Pokémon on the field are lowered by two.

~~~~~~~~~~
So basically, they keep their typing, but they can just be hit by Ground attacks, which means Levitate Bronzong is hurt by EQ, and Fliers still take SE damage from Ice, Elec, etc..
