If you're lucky enough to have had your codes saved in your code manager on your computer, just reload that. If you entered them by hand/did not have them saved, you'll have to get the codes and redownload them. Assuming you weren't doing any dodgy hacking (pokesaving), you won't have to get too many codes.

No, the SR step is just so you can obtain decent IVs, since IVs aren't set until you take the egg (and you can reset if they suck). If you still want to do that, a hard reset (turning the power off) works too, the common term is just soft reset.

If you mean like passing them onto other games (like the eon ticket and such in ADV), no.

That word means that your pokemon has the "pokerus" and will gain doulbe EVs in battle. Note that pokerus disappears after a while unless you put your infected pokemon in a box, though you still receive double EVs after it has disappeared.

Yeah, it automatically reverts when you enter the Union Room or Wi-Fi Club.

If you mean when you SR after saving in front of the egg, you can just turn it off and on again normally.

The Secret Key can be passed to 3 people by local wireless; however, that's the only one that can be redistributed. The others can't be transferred.

Draco Meteor

Hello,
I have a question regarding the Pokemon move called "Draco Meteor."
Does the effect of its use linger after the battle is finished? ie: Does the Special attack stat of the user go down permanently?? Thanks in advance.

No. Any stat increases or decreases will be negated when you switch pokemon, or after the battle is finished.
