Breeding question.

I'm aiming for a 31 / x / x / 31 / 31 / 31, and I'm using two x / x / x / 31 / 31 / 31 parents, as according to the breeding guide this yields the highest chance of getting what I want. Is it better to soft-reset or mass-hatch?
It depends on a few things:
1) whether or not your female parent has the right nature already (if it doesn't, then yah, definitely lock onto the right nature and SR).
2) whether or not you're going for a specific ability. If it can have more than 1 ability and you want a specific one... lock onto the right ability and SR.
3) # of steps for egg to hatch. Generally if it's many steps, I'd mass-hatch because I can hatch more eggs in the same amount of time even though only half of them will have the right nature. Other people have different opinions on this probably.
4) Not usually an issue most of the time, but how well your parents love each other (i.e. how fast they produce egg) should be considered. If it's a long time, then probably better to SR also.

Where on the forums, can I find the traditional UU ladder (the one NOT mixed with BL)?

There are no ladders on the forum. And the actual UU ladder consists of the traditional UU plus the BL whitout the 6 suspects: abomasnow, gallade, staraptor, crobat, raikou, froslass.

1) Female parent has the correct nature.
2) Can only have one ability, so this is irrelevant.
3) It's at the 15 egg counter, so it's a faster-than-average hatch rate.
4) They seem to get along, I think, but I should clarify - this isn't an issue. I have an AR, but obviously you can't SR with the codes on without an R4, which I don't have. So I can easily mass hatch. But when you have a one in 550ish shot of getting the egg, then figuring mass hatch wise that you also have to multiply that by 1/2 to get the correct nature... that's the main reason I'm wondering. I should have clarified further initially.

For reference, it's a Surskit, so gender and ability are irrelevant here.

I'd most likely just mass-hatch, but for something that hatches quickly like Surskit, it doesn't really matter either way I think. It's probably slightly faster mass hatching.

Is there any thread/post/calculator/whatever showing off legal Hidden powers+Nature on Legendaries? like in the Heatran analysis...

Which should I chain first and in what ball?

If I use Leech Seed on a Pokémon with the Liquid Ooze ability while behind a Sub, will the damage be dealt to the Sub, or to my Pokémon? (It damages the Sub on Shoddy).

Also, if I use Magic Coat to reflect a sleeping move such as Hypnosis, does it break the Sleep Clause if I had put another Pokémon to sleep previously? In Shoddy it doesn't, and you can technically put the entire team to sleep that way, if they all carry a sleeping move.

Are they just Shoddy glitches or is that the way they are supposed to work?

I'm supposing you mean you leech seed and then you sub. From the substitute page:

Moves that leech damage still leech when used on a Substitute.

Looks like it takes the HP from the sub.

Yes, it violates Sleep Clause. PRB and Shoddy stop it because they both enforce the clause. If you use it over wifi, you'll be disqualified for breaking the Clause. Wifi has an "honor code" when it comes to Sleep Clause and the like, it can't actually be enforced (you could Spore an entire team if you want to be a douche). In other words, you can't do it.

When trick room is active and two pokemon use a priority move, does the faster or slower pokemon go first?

I have some simple questions aanyone with a damage calc can answer...

Does a brick break from Adamant, max attack/max speed scizor OHKO Heatran? How about Magnezone?

Does that same Scizor Outspeed scarfed Heatran or Magnezone with an agility under its belt?

Thanks...

That Scizor will outspeed after Agility.
Here are the calcs:

Against Heatran (No LO) = 53% 57% 63%
Against Heatran (LO) = 69% 75% 82%

OHKO with Life Orb, factoring 2 Layers of spikes and SR

Against Magnezone (No LO) = 57% 62% 68%
Against Magnezone (LO) = 74% 80% 88%

Almost the same as heatran, but only 2 layers of Spikes needed.

Just two things:

1. Why isn't my automatic emailing to subcribed threads working. It could be that I am not automatically subscribing to threads but I think that I tested that and I believe that I am, I'm just not getting the email.
2. Actually Pokemon based: In doubles, do speed boosts get taken into account at the end of the turn or when they happen? To be more specific, if I Discharge an Electivire with a faster Pokemon, and there is one Pokemon that is slower than the Discharger (and Electivire is slower than it as well), faster than Electivire without the Speed boost, but slower than Electivire after the Speed boost, will Electivire outspeed it? That might have been confusing...

About 2) : Electivire still moves after the other slow pokemon. The turn order is decided at the beginning of the turn.

Shoddy does not stop it, someone called .sora13. or something like that has been abusing that for months.

You do not want to mass hatch here. Unless you want to hatch nearly 600 eggs and get the wrong nature. If you are using the fast hatch code, suck it up and breed them one by one. It might take a bit longer, but you are assured not to get screwed by a bad nature.
