If I use a device such as AR to obtain well IVed, correctly natured Dittos, I use them to breed - let's say - a perfectly IVed Togepi, and I still use AR to ease EV training (for example, I could make Alakazam the only encountered Pokémon to speed up the Sp.Atk EVing), is that Togepi considered legit or not?
Hacked parents are bad. The children would technically be legit (as in, would pass a check) but it's frowned upon.
I imagine the Alakazam slaughter would be fine though.
Well, I didn't say exactly the parents. But things like the Dittos (I mean, the Dittos Jumpman and Peterko talk about in their Breeding guide), the EV training - heck, even Rare Candies for quick lv 100 IV check - are meant only to speed up the breeding process. Anyway, as I understood, it should be legit. Thanks for the information.
The Dittos would still be grandparents, or great-grandparents or even further back in the "family". It shouldn't be too hard to find a decent Ditto or two to get started.

Do not worry. It was not for trading purposes. Rather, I wanted simply to speed up the process for training Platinum Battle Frontier contenders without using non-legit mons. I think this may be a good compromise.

What is RNG abuse? I have been dying to know what this is!
Does hidden power get stab for normal types, or for whatever type the hidden power turns out to be? IE, would porygon-z get a stab boost from any hidden power, or would a fire type get a stab boost from a fire-type hidden power?
Also, would download calculate the def/sp def before a sandstorm boost, or after? IE if somethings SpDef is initially lower than it's def without a SS, is that what Download works off of? (BTW if you can't tell, I'm trying to build a revenge-killing porygon-z, and I'm worried about heatran/tyranitar)

The second one you said. You get STAB if HP is of the right type. Zapdos for example gets STAB on HP Flying.

It uses the stat numbers that display on the status page. So no, sandstorm would not affect download.

it's got great speed and access to great moves
here's a moveset I've come up with:
-fake out
-u-turn
-taunt
-pursuit
fake out for free damage(and possibly a 2HKO)
u-turn can give me free damage while I switch in a counter(another source of a possible 2HKO)
taunt prevents stealth rock, status, etc.
and pursuit hits fleeing pokemon(even better if its a gengar or starmie for example) and also has technician boost even if it doesn't hit a fleeing pokemon

go to the settings of your ds(ds button at the bottom of the load screen). click the clock button and sync it yourself

It means that they revamp every set(including the Opinion, Other Options, Team Options and Counters sections), some parts can remain the same and some extra things can be added, while some Pokemon analysis can be drastically changed (like in a tier change).
Theres a Shoddy Battle forum on this website that has a thread just like this one.
PREDAORYWASPS: Hmm, I do not see this working too well. Breloom has base 70 speed and is way to slow to Taunt, and since 99% of SR suicide leads are faster, they'll get up rocks before you know it. Fake out may have some potential to break sashes - but lead Infernape does this job better. There is however, a Scarfed Breloom set meant for leading off teams - IIRC it has Spore, Superpower, Seed Bomb, and something else. If you really want Breloom as your lead - I reccomend you check that set out.

I don't think you can breed Ditto together.
