Four extra HP will hardly ever make a difference, and Timid allows it to outrun some important things like Hitmonchan and +1 Lapras. Go max speed and Timid.

Garchomp, seriously, I battled many trainers and won against most of the E4 Pokemon on my Platinum run through. Even after E4, it served me for the Stark Mountain task and such.
I was thinking of something more chalenging...

1. Yes Milotic is very viable in OU and both sets are viable.
2. I don't think it is worth soft resetting for but, it's your choice.
3. I'd say Miltank as it's better defensively and has a higher base attack stat than Lopunny but, not by much: 80 (Miltank) vs. 76 (Lopunny)
Now a question from me, is it possible to run/download a program if your computer is on standby?

1. Milotic has good bulk typing and movepool, it is viable in OU when played right.
2.No, breeding is better because you might want nasty plot, and wish and baton pass and blach blah blah.
3. Lounny is more of an annoyer that tricks of its items, and passes agility, miltank on the other hand has some punch and excellent coverage.

Shaymin and Darkrai were already out once in the US, why are they expected to be doing them again? I thought that if you missed an event you were kind of.. out of luck.
Because Clamp doen't work like that. Skill Link is for moves that hit multiple times at the same time (you kinow, moves that say "Hit 3 times!"), not trapping moves. A Grip Claw would up Clamp's damage potential, but that's kinda stupid.
