If say my Starmie has no Def Ev's but I use a Def reducing Berry on it, will it have any effect? How do I know when my Starmie has lost all the Ev's it can?

It will only raise happiness. You will know that it has lost all the EVs that it can when It says "Starmie's defence cannot fall any lower" after using the berry.

Something really weird has just happened with me...

I was training my Flash Fire Houndour, then, it reached lvl 24 and evolved, but when I checked its trait... it was Early Bird!

So... it is really strange. This is the second Houndour I'm training, and it happened twice. I didn't bother with the first one because it wasn't a good houndour, but this one is just perfect and I would like to have Flash Fire, do you guys know why is this happening?

If I fight the girl on route 203 with a staraptor and bibarel, if I send my jolteon out to take the intimidate and possibly tail whip her, then I switch to Weavile with pokerus and weavile faints the staraptor, will Weavile get 6 EV points in attack? Or only 3?

After the first two shadow-bar things are gone and you started on the third, then it will tell you.

It's really difficult, since you have save before the battle, do the whole battle, catch the pokemon and purify it a little to have a look at its nature...

Save some Time Flutes, so you can instantly purify any pokemon, making it easier to check natures, but unfortunately, you can find only 3 Time Flutes, and 2 of them are hard to find, but it's the best you can do.

And guys, if you have any explanation for what happened with my Houndoom (4 posts above), please post it, I really need help.

Was it ever Pal Parked? Because Pal Park does that. D:

Location of the Time Flutes:

You get the first one after battling Dakim at Mt.Battle

The second is acessible by using the U-Disk in The Under.

The last one is on the 100th battle platform on Story Mode's Mt. Battle. Yes, you have to defeat all the 99 trainers in order to get it...

Pal Parked pokemon have a chance (probably 50%, but that's just my guess) to change their trait when they evolve.

You mean some pokemon WILL keep its trait, it doesn't matter if you soft reset it or not, or they will keep changing natures as long as you reset?

I don't know that much, something like that hasn't happened to me since anytime i Pal Park a Pokemon, I always fully train it in my Emerald, so it's already in its final stage when it reaches Diamond.

Maybe someone else here can answer that, or if not, you could do some testing.

If it was Pal Parked it may or may not change it's ability when it evolves. If it does change it will always change though, so you can't reset to get another ability.
