As far as I know, Palkia won't respawn after E4. Just save before battling.
Palkia definately doesn't respawn, Giratina does in platinum, but not Palkia in Pearl. You'll have to save a Spear Pillar

Male Misdreavus with female Duskull family for Pain Split Duskull. That or if you know someone with HG/SS there's a tutor for it there.
Naughty with 252 Atk / 24 SpAtk / 232 Spe will outrun Mild CS Heatran. Naughty with 252 Atk / 44 SpAtk / 212 Spe will outrun Timid Alakazam. Naive with 252 Atk / 20 SpAtk / 236 Spe will outrun Naive CS Heatran and Adamant CS Lucario.
I'm really not sure how well Blizzard will work especially if your not using Hail. I think the OHKO's and 2HKO's listed in the Life Orb set only happen with Life Orb. the Superpower could prove to be a better option to dent Bronzong switch ins.

Lucario could to quite a number on your team, so I would recommend gliscor. However, I would recommend not using registeel or umbreon in an ou stall team (or togekiss for that matter). Stall relies even more than usual on excellent teambuilding, so it's much less likely that a team of your favorites will work :/
^ I wouldn't, seeing as Zong could counter Empoleon and if you've already exploded with him, Blissey works too... if you have T-Wave and Seismic Toss. You can T-Wave and switch to, say, Flygon and EQ it to death, or you can wear it down with Seismic Toss til it dies of switches.
I don't know... Mabye the absurdly high Base Stats? Swords Dance + ExtremeSpeed? It's ability? The equally absurd amount of movesets it can run? Take your pick.
The problem is, a bulky grass type would give an incredibly high fire weakness... I am considering Gliscor... Or maybe Bronzong over Registeel! Assuming that I drop Registeel, Umbreon, and Togekiss, leaving just Froslass and Milotic, what FOUR OU/BL/UU pokemon would work on a stall team then?
On what Pokemon are Aromatherapy and Wish allowed on? I know that the Happiny evolutionary line can't, but I heard Eeveelutions can, so I just wanted to know all the pokemon that can use Aromatherapy + Wish, or even Heal Bell + Wish.
With the additions of the HGSS Heal Bell tutor, Chansey, Blissey, and the whole Eevee line can Wish + Heal Bell. I am not sure about any others, but Clefable I think had Wish before and gets Heal Bell from the HGSS tutor.
As far as I know, they are set when you enter the battle with them like any other wild Pokemon.

Isn't substitute bad with focus sash? I like the idea of a double attacking lead anyway...
Which is better on lead Froslass Bolt Beam or double STAB?
Someone refresh my memory: Can Sleep Talk be used if you are Taunted but still have at least 1 attack move? Or will you be forced to use the attack move while sleeping, therefore not doing anything?
