Any legendary Pokemon can be made legit by making one of the IV's into a number other than 31. I don't know what it is exactly but you won't be using SpAtk anyway right?

Edit: @graves You should probably go with something like Defensive Zapdos so you have a good switch in to Lucario and Scizor.
 
Would somone mind explaining the reasons behind the HP and SpA EVs on the 'Diverse Blissey' set in the Strategy Pokedex please?

Also, i was thinking of trying a counter blissey, what would be good EVs for this?

Draco Meteor
HP fire 70

Natures: Impish, Timid, Jolly

All rng'd by Chaos.

Should I go crazy and get ones with 31 in all stats or should I keep these for wifi battles?

Well, technically, you can't have 31 in all stats if you want Hidden Power Fire.
 
I think they're pretty good, but I personally would go for the perfect speed, with all the othe base 100s out there. If using scarf set, it would let you outspeed things like a +1 ddmence-important!
 
Well with the scarf set, you could just use an extra 4 EVs in speed to get the same #. Use 76HP/252 Att/180 Spe instead of the usual 80/252/176

If you have a Pokemon with more than one flawless IV, say a Gengar with 28/x/23/31/25/31, would the characteristic be "Mischevious" for Sp. Attack? Or "Alert to sounds" for Speed?

It depends on the Pokemon's PID. This post in the 5th research thread and the two below it demonstrate how it's calculated.

If two or more stats are 31, or the same and the highest, one will be chosen at random.

EDIT: NVM, I guess I was wrong =(

That EV spread is only what some crazy people still sometimes decide to use on Blissey.

As for Counter, 0 HP / 252 Def and Bold still allows Blissey to survive a lot of attacks but enough HP to survive a specific attack would also be good.

All of the legendaries, you have to beat the Elite 4 to make them respawn. Personally, I've done this with Heatran, Creselia, the birds and Darkrai (you only need to leave its island and come back to respawn it).
 
Here is the log from Shoddy:

"Ambipom used U-turn.
It's not very effective...
Heatran lost 5% of its health.
Razdoom switched in Latias
Heatran used Stealth Rock.
Pointed stones float in the air around the foe's team!

Pointed stones dug into Latias.
Latias lost 12% of its health."

Latias switched in and then was damaged by Stealth Rock. Is it a glitch or it works this way?
 
If a pokemon has Flash Fire, gets hit by a Fire move, then loses Flash Fire via Skill Swap, without switching out, do they keep the boost to Fire moves?
 
Below I'm going to post a snip of a Shoddy Battle log, and I'm wondering if anyone explain to me how the following happend?:

Wander Away switched in Salamence.
Pointed stones dug into Salamence
Salamence lost 25% of its health.
Gengar used Shadow Ball!
Salamence lost 60% of its health.
Gengar lost 10% of its health.
Salamence used Fire Blast!
Gengar lost 56% of its health.
Consumed's Gengar fainted.
Salamence lost 10% of its health.
Consumed switched in Latias.
Pointed stones dug into Latias.
Latias lost 12% of its health.
Salamence used Draco Meteor!
It's super effective!
Latias lost 60% of its health.
Consumed's Latias fainted.

So, as you can see my opponents Salamence outpaced my Latias and KO'd me, causing me to lose that battle. My question is: How was that Salamence faster than my Latias? I run Max Speed and Timid, and he obviously wasn't Scarfed because he had a life orb recoil and he switched attacks.

Was Latias paralyzed? Or did Mence have a DD?

Well, the log shows Salamence switching in, and it didn't get in a DD... What move did you use with Latias?

If Salamence and Latias were the last two Pokémon, then the battle should have been a draw, since it would have KOed itself with the LO recoil.
