When a speed tie occurs between 2 pokemon, will the pokemon who won the speed tie 'win' all futher speed ties against the opposing pokemon if both stay in?

Or are speed ties calculated each and every time two pokemon of the same speed use moves? Thank you.

Speed ties are calculated each and every time two Pokemon of the same speed use moves with the same priority.
 
Just wondering what are the best possible IVs in Emerald for Registeel. (including RNG) This is because i heard something about legend IV being different?

If I pal park a third gen poke that was hatched in meteor falls, does it say Pal park or meteor falls when I catch it in Pal park? Thanks in advance!

Depends what you want:
Chimchar is heavily fast mixed offence
Turtwig is slow sturdy (mostly) phsycical offense
Piplup is slow sturdy (mostly) special offense

any1 wanna help me decide what to do

hey everyone i got the hang of breeding all my eggs are legal and have a couple of good ivs i am tryna make a good RAICHU against one of my friends its iv are hp 2 atk 31 def 26 sp.atk 30 sp.d 27 and my spd is 31 all stats legal no hack should i try and keep this baby pichu and make him into a RAICHU soon or no and try to get one with a higher hp iv

Also, I decided to make my SD Garchomp hold a Focus Sash. Would this work better than Life Orb, if he was a Final Sweeper? Yes, I know the risks of Ice Shard still applies. And every other Priority Move.

Dark Pulse is better for faster Pokemon and a superior option over Shadow Ball for Pokemon with Choice items. Dark is an unresisted type, unlike Ghost, which is walled by normal types. The flinch chance of Dark Pulse can only be abused by faster pokes.

Slower Pokemon are generally more bulky and will stay around longer, allowing them to abuse the Sp. Def. drop chance of Shadow Ball.

Don't give Garchomp a Focus Sash unless its for the Battle Frontier or something. It's generally bulky enough to take some hits and a type resist berry (Yache) or a more offensive item (Life Orb) would be better for it.
 
In 2v2, you cannot skill swap wonder guard because

A) Skill-swap is Psychic so Wonder-guard nulls it

B) The game is programmed to refuse skill swapping wonder guard period.

I've been trying to figure out if there's some ability/move I can make use of that will allow me to skill swap wonder guard to another pokemon. If the swap fails because of the psychic type, perhaps, with an ability like normalize, for example, I could somehow swap wonder guard.

This idea arose after considering a pure ghost team (with spiritomb and 2 skill swapping pokemon feeding wonder guard to him). I mean, Wonder guard makes it so Spiritomb is basically invulnerable, but he could still be killed by whirlwind stealth rock? Dunno lol. The fact a pokemon like Spiritomb could become basically invulnerable... does it mean Gamefreak foresaw Wonder guard's abusability and forbid it the ability to swap it?

The 31 Speed is good, and I don't think 2 HP is bad, but if you have tons more time, then trying to breed more would be better. This one is overall good though. I don't really know too well, so wait for someone else's opinion.

According to http://www.smogon.com/dp/abilities/wonder_guard Wonder Guard cannot be skill swapped at all what so ever

Thanks for the suggestion i like this pichu alot but that hp iv gets 2 me lol and it took me a few eggs to even get such good ivs a box full of pichus lol any1 else got any suggestions
 
Say if I'm breeding 2 Shroomishes and I want poision heal on the child, is there any way to make this more likely or is it completely random for me to get either Poison heal or Effect spore?

I get the feeling that this question goes somewhere else, so if it does, sorry. By abusing the RNG of Emerald, I got the following shiny Rayquaza:

30 / 4 / 24 / 8 / 3 / 23 Adamant

I am aware it'll probably hurt me when I'm playing ubers, but I wanted the shiny; plus, its speed isn't the worst, so I decided to go for it. So, what set would make the most out of it? I was thinking probably Swords Dance with ExtremeSpeed, since the attack is so low.
