@Psykoz, im pretty sure that it only works if your actually hit so
-Switching = Does not work
-Focus Punch= Doesnt work either
-Priority Move= Works
-Target Missing=Dont work
Im pretty sure of that but i not 100% positve
 
I'm trying to figure out when Knock Off actually removes an opponent's item. To put it simply: If I were to use Knock Off on a Shedinja holding a Focus Sash, would the Sash activate and leave Shedinja with 1HP or would the item have no hinderance upon the attack?
 
Question: Let's say an Ubers Bulky Scizor used U-turn and a Blissey used Counter. Would the attack hit the incoming pokemon, Scizor, or dissipate?
 
Not sure if this is the place to ask this, but if I missed getting the Secret Key to change the Rotom forms, is there any way to get it still? I really hate to think that I missed out on something that big. Thanks!
 
I think there's a way to receive one from someone who kept the wondercard, but I'm not 100%. I could never get it to work but there's a "Receive From Friend" option. I could never find a way to transfer the wondercard from the game that had it.

Nice name btw lol.
 
How do you compare Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse, even though they have diffrent typing? Also, which is better, type wise?

According to Metalkid, Damage Calc, Max Atk EV Jolly Garchomp cannot KO a Salmence with 80 EVs in all starts and with Intimidate activated, even with an Outrage and Life Orb Boost.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say said Salmence has evenly distrubited EVs.

Okay, so it's my Garchomp. And my Friend's Salmence. And he didnt EV train like I did. And below calculation assumes perfect IVs, which neither have. which is why I wanted to know who would win.

Either way, No matter the stats I put in, Garchomp can never seem to OHKO Salmence without a Positive Nature. And even then, only a small chance.

EDIT:
Garchomp vs. Salmence
Both Natures Neutral
Intimidate Activated
Garchomp holds: Life Orb
Salmence holds: Nothing

Garchomp's Move
Move: Outrage
Defender HP: 351 (80EV in Def and HP)
Damage: 284 - 334
Damage: 80.91% - 95.16%

Salmence's Move (this is with no EVs in Sp Atk)
Move: Draco Meteor
Defender HP: 357
Damage: 378 - 444
Damage: 105.88% - 124.37%

In Conclusion, my Garchomp loses aganst any Mence with HP or Defence EV Training. Draco Meteor puts too much of a dent in Garchomp, and Intimidate kills Garchomp's OHKO potential. BulkyMence kills Swords Dance Garchomp. CBGarchomp, on the other hand, could probally beat any Salmence.

Only the Japanese one could be transferred.

(THANKS FOR THIS WEBSITE HELP) I need more help uderstanding iv breeding i read this sight guides to iv breeding but have a new question If I breed a pokemon with a 24 iv in atk and a pokemon with a 22 iv in atk will the pokemon get a high 0r 31 iv atk or will it just get 24 iv in atk or 22 in atk iv.

How much damage does a CB Bullet Punch do to a Neutral Nature Infernape?

And how much special attack does a pokemon neeed in order to OHKO Scizor with HP Fire with and without life orb.
 
I was fortunate enough to catch a Shiny Starly with a good nature at the beginning of my game in Platinum. I was EV training it along the way and keeping track of the EV's on my computer. My computer no longer works, so I cannot be sure how many EV's Staravia has accumulated.

Would I be able to completely eliminate all the EV's from my Staravia?

Yes, you just have to have enough EV-reducing berries.

591 Atk vs 178 Def & 293 HP (60 Base Power): 107 - 126 (36.52% - 43.00%)

When there's no EVs left, when a Pokemon eats one of those berries the game will say that the stat won't go lower. It still eats it and gets the happiness boost though. If it has max happiness and no EVs to remove it'll refuse to eat it.
