Does UU Suspect voting count towards getting a Tiering Contributor's badge? If so, how many tests do you need to vote in?

Scenario in doubles...

Assist Persian chooses Whirlwind
My Rampardos used Pursuit on the Pokemon being Whirlwind'd

What would happen?

If Persian is faster than Rampardos, then Whirlwind would switch out your opponent's Pokemon first. Pursuit will then deal a base 40 damage to target of the old Pokemon that was replaced by Whirlwind. Pursuit will not deal a base 80 damage to the Pokemon you forced to switch out.

When is the scheduled finish of Suspect test 3-3? I am really interested in whether or not i need to change my team (Latias) as well as if i will be able to make another team (Rain dance starring Manaphy)

The deadline for voting is tonight.

The Badge FAQ says that you need "a significant number", which I assume, will be decided by the badge leader... But I'm not sure, either.

Nope, sounds like a perfect RestTalker to me (maybe some Speed EV's so you get the jump on no-speed Base 80's like Milotic normally does). If you're going to use it as a sweeper, you'll want a higher IV.

Yeah, 24/29/31 is a good defensive IV spread, and its Special Attack is also great. If you're going for a Defensive Milo, this spread will work excellently. If you want an offensive Milotic, however, you might want a higher IV.

Although, Modest is not a suitable nature for a defensive Miltoic. Bold is the best choice.

Thank u every1 for the fast replies, I wanted a good offensive milotic. I guess this means more breeding aww man. Does having 2 pokemon with magmar armor cut the egg time to hatch by half once or twice.

Having subsquent Pokémon with Magma Armor does not expedite the egg hatching process. In other words, having more than 1 Pokémon with Magma Armor does not cut down the time by an additional half.

If a pokemon uses a stat boosting ability such as "Calm Mind", and doesn't baton pass it but instead switches out.

When it switches back in would it retain the stat boost?

Okay. I decided to have a Roserade in my meta-game team. I fully EV trained it as a Roselia. and I got its EVs maxed out at level 43. Okay, I used a couple of rare candies on it to make sure it learned all of its moves. It's final move is learned at level 46.

Okay. I evolved Roselia into a Roserade, and it's level 55. I compared it with my Original Roserade, which is a member of my in-game team. My In-game Roserade is level 58, and apparently, it had much higher stats than my fully EV trained Roserade.

EV Roserade had a Timid nature(252 Speed/252 Special Attack/4 HP), while my InGame Roserade has a modest nature, not EV trained. The only thing that EV Roserade beats my InGame Roserade at is the speed.

Is this a problem? Do I have to breed another Roselia again?

(freaking out)

What are it's IVs?

What are it's IVs?
uh....I don't really know.

It came fresh out of its egg. Then I started training it immediately.

I'll give you its stats.

Roserade @ Timid Nature( +Speed, - Attack)
Life Orb

Attack 76
Defense 72
Special Attack 177
Special Defense 123
Speed 159

Yeah, its IVs suck. It's level 55 right? From metalkid's calculator

Roserade - #407 (Timid)
HP: (not given)
Att: 5 - 6
Def: 12 - 13
SpA: 0 - 1
SpD: 5 - 6
Speed: 12 - 13

At level 100, your SpA will be 30 points below what it should be. That's equivalent to 120 EVs. It's also equivalent to having a base SpA 15 points lower.

Wow. -_-

I really suck.

So what exactly do I do? Rebreed it? My in-game Roserade has a Modest Nature, and has some really good stats. I think I found out another problem of mine.

If you plan on doing traditional breeding, then you need either a Ditto or a female Rose* that's Timid. Have it hold an Everstone. It would also help if at least one parent has good IVs, that can be 'inherited'.

Then, get and hatch lots of eggs. Even at level 1 you can discard any that aren't Timid with max in most of all stats. You can also use characteristics (search Bulbapedia for the details)

Once you have the remaining babies, give them rare candies while using Metalkid's IV calculator. You should get reasonable certain IVs by about level 15 to 20. Obviously reset so you don't permanently lose Rare Candies.
