Tailwind and Gravity aren't canceled out by other field affects like weather and TR, are they? Making a Tailwind team and am making sure I don't miss anything important....

To answer your question, no.
However, I would not reccomend tailwing. It lasts for 3 turns, which is 1 for setup, and 1 for a switch out. 1 turn of abuse. Seems like a worse trick room, where you get 2 more turns. But, it's your decision.

Does HP Fire receive boost under Sunny Day? The same question with HP Water and Rain Dance...

Yes, and Hidden Powers can also receive STAB (I hope I got that right...)

Now my question:

The move Super Fang - when used on a full HP Pokemon with an odd HP number, would its remaining HP be above or below 50% by one point? I can't remember which way damage rounds out in the game.

Also, if that move is used on a Pokemon with 1 HP, does it KO or leave at 1 HP?

Move description said:
Does damage equal to half of the target's current HP. Is not affected by type effectiveness, but has no effect on Ghosts. Does at least 1 damage.
This answers your second question. As for your first question: I believe that the damage is rounded down, as everything in Pokemon games works this way.

How can I teach Body Slam to Togekiss? I couldn't find how on google. I saw the flinch moveset and I want to try it. Thanks in advice

I have pretty little knowledge of Ubers, but Abomasnow is certainly useable in Ubers. There are examples of good players playing hail stall, though I am not sure how successful this was. Abomasnow certainly performs well against Kyogre, one of the most common threats in the Uber metagame. As for Glaceon and Jynx, these are barely viable in UU hail stall or OU hail stall, let alone Ubers. Jynx's only real advantage in hail is hail immunity which is not saying much, and Glaceon's powerful Blizzards make much less of an impression in Ubers where outrageously powerful attacks are the norm.

Here is an example of an Uber hail team. (the only one I could find)

Base Stat Rankings v2 Question

Hello, I've been going over X-Act's Base Stat Rankings guide here lately, trying to understand most of it. Going over version 2, I found most of what he was doing made sense, but I've stumbled into one part that makes me confused. I was trying to figure out how he arrived at his constant 415 he uses to help calculate Raw Physical and Special Sweepiness. It looks to be the same value from version one, which was the average attack stat multiplied by the average number of turns it took to KO a particular Pokemon. The only information I found in the PDF is this line:

"After a bit of analysis, the value c = 315 was chosen (remember, A is the normalised Attack Stat, not the real stat)."

After searching through the forums, I can't find any reference as to how that number was officially chosen, nor why it was changed to 415 in the new formula. I was hoping you could help me understand what this number signified, if it differs from before, and how he went about deriving it from the data presented.

Thanks to anyone that can help, I know that X-Act is taking a break for awhile.

What is the chance of a Focus Band surviving you at 1 HP two attacks in a row?
There is a 10% chance that when the holder is hit by an attack that would otherwise cause fainting, it can survive with 1 HP. If it's 2 attack then the calculation is 20/200 --> 10/100. It all ends up at 10%. You need to be super lucky to survive twice.

so i got a question:

is shoddy 2 still being worked on it? i heard no news at all since last year and i am starting to think they just gave up the idea, so i want to make sure.

Since my question got ignored the first time, hopefully I can get a response this time. Could someone please recommend me a good bulky EV spread for a Choice Band Scizor in OU? There are no alternate EV spreads listed in Scizor's analysis page for OU.

Why do you want CBScizor to be bulky? The standard set runs 248 HP EVs, though I know some people run a bit more speed. No matter how much bulk you put you're never gonna be able to take fire attacks. What is hitting you too hard?

wish blissey, celebi (10anniversary) and jirachi (wishmaker)

All english names
I think that Wish Chansey was given in an egg, so if that's the case, then it can be nicknamed. With the ability to RNG for your trainer ID, it is possible to rename any event Pokémon, but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if it's hacked.
