It's just a preference. I personally like to take a level 100 Pokémon with 510 EVs, and the new level 1 Pokémon with 0 EVs, give the level 1 an EXP. Share, give the level 1 Pokérus, and then go fight Pokémon that award the desired EVs because you get EVs whenever you get experience, even if you don't actually fight. You always could Rare Candy it up to a level where it could fight for itself, but it's kind of pointless in my opinion.

the answer is no, make absolutely no difference whatsoever.
what you should really care is their IV's (Individual Values), that makes the "perfect pokemon".
And be careful with instant evolutions, cause some POKES only learn some notable moves at the first stage and only there, flare blitz for example is only learned by growlithe and not by arcanine as a matter of fact...
Hey, I'm making an RMT but my computer is constantly freezing up while I'm working on it and then it posts the RMT when it's not even done...this is the 2nd time it's happened and it's really annoying for me and the Mods who have to delete it over and over. Is there a way for me to delete my threads by myself?

No you can not delete a thread without being a mod or admin. My only advice would be to join this Social Group and draft your RMT there.
My way of EV training is that I start by lving the pokemon up to lv 20-25 in the daycare (pickingit up whenever the natural moveset changing might delete an egg move) then I EV train it all by itself. Vitamin EV training is really help imo. if you lv you pokemon the good old way (not by hacking rare candies) you probably have a lot of extra cash... ( I have 100 of each vitamins and 999 of every buyable pokeballs)
So yeah I believe then clicking A 3 times is faster then finding the right pokemon and beating it :p anyways, that's my way of training my pokemons, find the one you prefer. As Black Cotton says, the important thing is not to pass up on any moves your pokemon needs :p

Take the picture saved to your computer and either upload it to Photobucket, (or a similar website,) or upload it to an Album on your Smogon account. After that, take the URL address and wrap it in IMG tags in your post
I am having a lot of trouble with my Ninjask. I give it a speed nature and personality and max out its speed evs and select the baby with the highest speed but it never gets to 460 speed at lv 100. Apparently it should have 31 speed ivs at lv 1 .. but the highest baby has 6 speed ivs. Please please help thanks.
Are you shure those are IVs and not stat points? Because Nincada has only 40 base speed and I have yet to see one of my Riolu breeds (base 60, iirc) have more than 6 points in Speed at level 1. Just, as Lee said the first time you posted that, go to Battle Frontier and find the IV checker, see if he declares it flawless. (Also, one of the parents should have 31 as an IV)
Is Choice Scarf Scyther ever used in UU? I was thinking of running a standard Choice Band lead, but I'm worried about being slower than those Trick-Scarf leads...

Thanks, but I guess that means I'm out of luck. I want high quality Pokémon in R/B/Y, but the mechanics are so odd that I have no idea how I could tell if a Pokémon was good or not before training it to level 100 and having it participate in an ungodly amount of fights. I can't really get the Dodrio Gameboy in Pokémon Stadium without said Pokémon so that won't be able to help me. I was hoping that by some strange method I could either trade for or Pokésav a good generation 1 Pokémon with the best (generation 1) moves and stats in generation 4 and get it back to R/B/Y. But I guess it wouldn't work thanks to IVs, EVs, natures and such.
