10 EVs. This is not affected by Pokerus or Power Items on the Pokemon.

You may only use vitamins up to 10 times on a single stat. Up to 100 EVs can be provided on an individual stat.

This does make it possible for the player to full EV a Pokemon using only vitamins.

10 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100

Total is 510 EVs, the maximum, and can be attained through only vitamins.

Hopefully this answered any thoughts on vitamins
 
Anyone knows where the Rain Dance TM can be found please? I need rather precise instructions to get to it, as I have surfed every place in Route 213 and I still haven't found it. Thanks!

Sorry, I used to have a Weezing like that too. Don't waste your Gyroball on it.

IMO Weezing is just too fast for Gyroball to deal any significant amount of damage without STAB... or Curses. Then again, once Weezing is able to use Curse that's usually the same turn a Special Sweeper comes in...
 
Choice Specs still not working,
its letting me use all 4 moves, and doesnt lock 1 of them at all.
pokemon shows no signs of item activation during battle

can someone explain this to me, or show me a youtube vid on how a choice specs is suppose to look like?

Are you sure the pokemon you are using is holding Choice Specs, or some other ite?

By your explanation, I think you misunderstand the Choice Items.
You can use ANY of your moves on the first turn, then... (without switching) you are forced to use the SAME more next turn.
 
How come I wasn't able to put any attack EV's into my Pokemon after raising its attack up to 152 EV's. I figured I could just put 100 more into him and I'd be done with that stat...but it said it has no effect. Any solution to this problem?
 
I was using Macho Brace while fighting Wild Bibarel to get 152 EV's. Then once I hit 152 I decided to use 10 vitamins to pump the rest of the Attack stat into it. That way I don't waste those 3 EV's and I get the max attack stat possible. I didn't make any attempts to raise it's attack with Vitamins until after I destroyed Bibarel to get it's EV's to 152.
 
How much longer does reflect and light sccreen last when the pokemon uses it is holding light clay?

And how much longer do the elemental weathers last if the pokemon using it has the item that makes it last long? Ie. Bronzong holding wet rock uses rain dance

In both cases, I would believe it adds 3 extra turns, or I don't know what I'm doing with hydrorest manaphy.

I need help deciding on a moveset for my Adamant Donphan.

This is what it is so far:

Knock Off
Earthquake
Rapid Spin
Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, or Stone Edge (Can't decide on 4th moveset)
 
I had a few by the time I beat the game. I never bother to check what a berry does when I get it, but you should be able to find them just lying around.

Has anyone ever had Everstone not work on occasion with two Pokemon that are caught from the same cartridge? I think it happened to me when I took out the non-Ditto Pokemon to rearrange its moves.
