Berry Master (D/P) gives you one of them (or sometimes, one of the HP restoring berries that add confusion for some Pokemon) once a day.

Also they are scattered around some berry patches when you first go into a new area.

Stone Edge. With Rock and Ground, you cover everything except levitating Steels/Rocks.

yes, it says so in the item box and it looks like a glasses with yellow frame and red lenses

um, i can use 4 different moves after 2nd round and i can still keep changing the moves

You should run Ice Shard on the last slot. It can take on things like Salamence and Garchomp decently, and a priority move is always nice.
 
Concerning a gliscor it looks like the following:
Gliscor
-Earthquake
-Roost
-Aerial ace
-U-Turn


Should I attach Life Orb, Left Overs, Sitrus Berry, or something else?

also, and most importantly, what is a good EV spread for this build?

(is there somewhere else i should be posting this question?)

I don't need much advice concerning the move choice, I'm pretty set on this build

Are you sure? With choice items, you go back to the screen with all 4 of your moves, but if you try to select a different move from last turn, it won't let you. Are you sure it's letting you use, say, Thunderbolt after using Ice Beam on turn one? Or is it just showing you the screen with all of your moves on it?

if anything, letovers or life orb, no sitrus berry. and what nature?>
 
I was asking what EV spread i should use, that was the main question

i'm guessing 252 spd, and then either all attack, or attack and defense, or attack and hp, or attack and defense and HP, i really don't know, which is why i'm here

Gliscor doesn't need much speed. Put a lot in HP and Defense to help it take physical hits better, and invest any excess in Attack.
