Levels Balance doesn't matter if it's on WiFi. There's no Freeze Clause because of an unreliable Freeze move, but other than that I believe you're right.

Level Balance is not standard, and freeze clause is only if you can enfore it (ie: not in D/P). You can set all of your Pokemon to level 100 though when battling via WiFi, so there's really no reason to raise a Pokemon past level 50.
Put these team... ideas in order of effectiveness in a competitive environment, please.
Team with Salamence/Drapion/Ariados
Team with Abomasnow/Froslass/Mamoswine
Parahax team based around Regigigas

What sorts of Pokes fit around Regigigas? I want to make a team that's somewhat usable around him.
I've been thinking of using some paraflinch team with him, seeing as how he learns both Thunder Wave and Zen Headbutt. Not to mention it would help stall out his ability.
Jirachi and Togekiss are almost necessary for that type of team.

Yeah, you can save before you take the egg, hatch it, and reset to get the egg again if you don't like the nature/IVs.
What Pokémon would work well on a team with Ampharos, Sceptile, and Vaporeon?
Not really. The grass sparkles/shakes/whatever, and then you walk to it.

I already have an IRC client, and I've tried joining before. But when I join, I either find a totally empty channel or a message that I can't join. (And yes, I did already try searching the forum for this. "IRC" is too small of a word to search for)

Ok, one common and annoying question, I'm sorry but I failed to search the answer.

The First 2 is the Base of Staravia, the second is the Macho Brace and the third the PKRS.
31.5 is the total needed to aquire 252 Speed EVs.
Power Item + PKRS Meathod

Where the first 2 is the Base Evs given for beating a Staravia, 4 is the addition of the Power Anklet, the second 2 is the added effect of PKRS and 21 is the total Battles of Staravia need to gain the recomended maximul number of Speed Evs (252)"
