yes and yes
Edit: Unless you are using a ditto. Ditto trumps female.

nope, the female cant pass down the egg move.
wat you need to do is, have a female machamp breed with an ice punching pokemon, hitmonchan in this case.
once u get ice punch on machop, level it up to learn cross chop, then breed with your female electabuzz.
the offsprings should have both icepunch and crosschop
i've actually got about 50 (and counting) of these guys sitting in my boxnope, the female cant pass down the egg move.

Er, wait a second. I was thinkin about this earlier, and it doesn't make sense anymore. Cause if volbeats can only breed with illumises/dittos and have to be male, then the volbeat would have to already know the egg move to pass it down right? So that doesn't make sense to me.In the case of Volbeat and Nidoking, just have the male parent breed with an Illumise\Nidoran female, and the offspring will be randomly Volbeats\Nidoran males with whatever egg moves the male parent has to offer.
no, but it helps if you check serebii pokedex. It is quite useful.

So, to be more specific, how exactly can I make a volbeat learn trick?
Oh wow, I was about to ask the same question.

"<p>For Perish Song: Hit it very hard with Physical attacks, since you only get around two shots at it. Weavile will instantly kill Perish Songers, since it can switch in without fear and kill it whether it switches or not. Tyranitar can do the same. Choice Band/Choice Specs Pokemon can get the quick damage you need to take it out before it can start Protecting. At least it doesn't get Hypnosis anymore...</p>"
I don't think Mistri/Mismag ever did. Someone clarify?
