Taunt is the most practical way.

I believe you need to have at least two battle frontier medals/badges.

Rivalry raises just Attack, not Special Attack.
No, it raises the power of the move.
Whats the least amount of Speed EVs Adamant Gyarados can have, so that after one Dragon Dance, he will outspeed Starmie?
176 EVs (it needs a stat of 242, in case you need to correct for IVs).
Alright, I've got something that's been bugging me for a while...
How on earth does one find a realiable para-shuffler? No matter what I do, I almost always feel like I'm getting killed way too soon, even if I'm forcing switches by swapping wall-types and just TWing on the switch.
Anyone have any good advice on getting good para-support? It's something I've always had issues with. Blissey can handle half of the opponents team with TWave, but after that, I'm a bit lost.
The main thing is to have a good sweeper that can hit stuff but is slow. Rhyperior, Marowak, and the like are good candidates. You can just use regular Pokemon like Snorlax with Body Slam, give Zapdos Thunder instead of Thunderbolt, stuff like that.

Taunt will always stop Roar / Whirlwind (unless they are faster, are Sleeping, use Sleep Talk, and it selects Roar / Whirlwind). Ingraine will block the effects as well, but you cannot switch out, either. If you are faster, you can use Roar / Whirlwind yourself, so you'll go first and they'll get phazed, meaning they can't phaze you. Alternately, just pack a move that hits most of the common phazers so they can't come in. In a Baton Pass chain, Mr. Mime is immune to Roar because of Soundproof, passing to Electrode or Exploud will block Roar for the same reason, and Cradily and Octillery are immune to both Roar and Whirlwind due to Suction Cups. Another method is to faint all your other Pokemon. The last Pokemon cannot be phazed.
People ask for Wish Blissey and Wish Salamence but how is that possible. Based on what I know, Chansey and Salamence can't learn Wish by breeding or leveling up.
How do you change your intro and outro for the wifi battle tower?

Is hidden power fighting with 56 power enought for a pokémon with 348 Special attack to knock out a tyranitar during a sandstorm after a nasty plot? Without nasty plot?
About Taunt and Protect...say I have a Gengar facing a Yanmega. Obviously, first turn Yanmega protects to get the speed boost. During that same turn, Gengar uses Taunt.
Will the taunt prevent him from using Hypnosis next turn, or does Protect prevent the effects of Taunt during the turn they're protecting as well?
Not sure if it's any difference, but the Gengar will be outspeeding the Yanmega first turn, regardless...although I know Protect/Detect have a priority modifier.
