(Friendship/5) * 2

or

Friendship/2.5

sha-raq you can keep re-using the draco meteor move tutor lady, and shes on route 210 by celastic town, you have to use rock climb to get to her

It's always Hardy nature, has max speed IV.

I've been trying for Hasty and Jolly Palkia recently and have just gotten this Palkia.

Palkia - Jolly

DV's

HP - 27-28
At - 12-13
De - 7-8
SpA - 22-23
SpD - 24-25
Spe - 28-29

For the Jolly one I was going to go with the standard Choice Band set but the Attack DV has come out rubbish. Should I keep it?
