I know Raikou can, and I've heard Surgo might do it for you.

Also, it is free, but you need to buy a flash cart to use it properly.

R4DS costs 40 dollars, but I couldn't figure out how to get savesender to work (I did everything correctly, it just was really inconsistent in when it successfully transfered the data, which frequently turned out corrupted). I already had a SuperCard lite ($60), so I use Eepinator to manage the saves.

For checking for hacks through the .pkm files you'll need a flash cart.

I know what it can do with the scarf. My question is if it is useful even though it is modest and what can I do with it?

Well I don't have a rapid spinner on my team (no one could learn it) so I wouldn't want it to use spikes or stealth rock. But how does focus punch work? Doesn't it only work if you aren't hit within the turn?

Focus Punch will only work if you are not attacked during that turn. It will then hit at the end of the turn before lefties recovery etc.
 
Magma Armor and Flame Body cut the amount of steps you need to hatch. The more eggs you carry, less effective is the ability. not sure by how much tough. but when I have two eggs I need about 3000 steps to hatch an egg that would normally hatch at 2805 steps.
