@Ace, oh man, I can't find a way at all. Donphan is the only pokemon that can get that set together and it can't breed with neither tentacool, anorith or kabuto, which all can breed with eachother and are the only other pokemon that can learn both those moves.

As for my question, if you have a hidden power / natural gift base power of 60 or less does it get pseudo stab from technician?

Edit: I think there was that japanese ditto glitch which would make it possible, but that could be classed as hacking.

Yup, every Hidden Power/Natural Gift with a BP lower then 60 will get Technician STAB, though Natural Gift sucks and the only Technician Pokémon that could possibly benefit from Hidden Power is Nasty Plot Persian...

Oh, awesome. Where's the lowest level double battle to get to?

Uhm.. you can't do them with a VS seeker I think. But you can do the first just above Jubilife IIRC.

I don't know if you keep scetched moves in the battle tower (guess not), but if that's so, you can also use that.

I'm going to use Empoleon, Skarmory and Uxie on my team. Who else should I use? Do I have a huge weakness anywhere between these three?

You have a huge problem with Raikou and Magnezone, and Dragon Dance Tyranitar completely rapes you. There are plenty more; we can only get an accurate picture of your team once you pick 5-6 Pokemon.

I need some team building help.

What I need is a slow physical sweeper that resists fire/ice/water/ghost/dark as well as possible, and also has good type coverage.

It is a Trick Room/Sandstorm team, and I only have one other sweeper on my team, Exeggutor. He covers Grass, Psychic, and either Ice/Fire. So I need some other physical types in the mix.

I have other Pokemon like Bronzong and Hippowdon covering Steel/Ground offense, but they aren't sweepers, so I wouldn't really count them.

300%. Belly Drum is a +6 to atk (+6 being max) and simple won't go over max so it won't actually be double for more.
Actually, it's attack will be multipled by four, ie %400 increase.
1 stage: %150
2 stages: %200
3 stages: %250
4 stages: %300
5 stages: %350
6 stages: %400

Would Torterra or Garchomp work for countering those guys you just mentioned?

im playing in a neighborhood league and we dont allow pokes with total base stats 580 and up, so i have the following on my team

Gyarados
Electivire
Blissey
Togekiss
Milotic

i cant figure out who would best compliment the rest of my team, any suggestions?

@ Sunsatzu:

How about a Forretress as your Physical Wall/Spiker/Rapid Spinner?

Gyarados and Togekiss wouldn't mind the Rapid Spin support. And Gyarados and Milotic compliment Forrey well. You can switch them in if you expect a fire attack.

I'm not sure about this. When you battle a trainer (lets say the one with the 6 magikarp) with your pokemon holding a power item, does the 4 get added on every time you defeat one of them to give you a total of 30 EV's by the time you're done with one trainer?
