Hmm.. I think I'd give it 232 in Def, 180 Sp.Def, 60 Att, 38 in HP... wow, thats kind alooks like a nice spread..(think I'll use that for myself). I didn't suggest giving Attack a whole bunch of EV because of your Scizors Nature, Swords Dance and the Orb. Those will help with its Attack Power. Did that help you?
At the risk of sounding redundant... what are some common Vaporeon switch-ins.
Ive seen a couple of Tyranitars for switch ins after Vap used Acid Amor.

It depends; the shortest time is if your Pokemon are of the same species but have different trainer IDs, and the longest is if your Pokemon are of different species but have the same trainer IDs. Either way, it should take no more than a few minutes to get an egg.
When Competitor comes out, the people in charge of tiers will easily be able to analyse and test the pokemons' effectiveness in battle. They could probably do the same thing on Shoddy, so I'm guessing that it will also include some snippets of code that keeps track of specific stats. Perhaps, they just want to wait until they have their own software to test it on and/or/because they dislike Shoddy because of its shoddiness.
What is a good physical/special wall duo that complement each other's weaknesses and pretty much wall most attack types?
I've been using Togekiss/Magnezone which works pretty well, except that a lot of physical attackers that Magnezone tries to cover carry Earthquake and it doesn't end too well with our magnetic little friend.

Tangrowth and Heatran work well together, they cover each others' weaknesses entirely. Tangrowth is the physical wall, and Heatran is more of a tank, having excellent defences and resists, as well as being able to attack back.

It's how the game determines anything that should be random. There have been studies that have proven that a program has difficulties obtaining actual random data, resulting in strange things such as pokemon with identicle IVs and such.

For bred pokemon, you have to make your own decisions and decide whether or not to trust the owner. For any pokemon that was caught ie. legends, there is a Hack Detector that compares the pokemon's PID to the algorithm that creates it.
Unfortunatley, it can't trace anything related to bred pokemon because of the way the inherited IVs overright the original PID-affecting IVs.
What's the minimum level your pokemon have to be to get 100% accurate IVs?
