Meant to be used in Trick Room. Curse up once and use Ice Punch and Hammer Arm to deal damage. Hammer Arm has the bonus of increasing your speed (in TR, remember?) XPlosion is there to finish foes off, but if you'd rather stay alive, there's rest. And counter to bounce back those Stone Edges (barring CHs).

mmkay, so I just beat the elite 4 in my friends LG, I'm tryna get the Ruby, however Im unable to fight the rocket members, whats the catch?
Did you get the national dex? That's probably why. And you need to finish islands 1-3 missions where that girl gets tooken by a rocket and you have to save her on island 3? You also need at least have caught 60 Pokemon in your dex to get the national dex.
Omg catching 60 fucking pokemon...I have 18 fucking pokemon right fucking now, oh my fucking god -.-
