How much does Guts increase attack?

I'd assume more than 100% (double) because it more than negates burning from what I hear.

When you evolve Electabuzz/Magmar/Porygon etc, the item it's holding disappears, right? If so, is this the same for evolving Sneasel? Because I have evolved Sneasels before, and now I can't find my Razor Claw anywhere. =(

Yep, items like that vanish after they're used for evolution. So your Sneasels/Weaviles are responsible for your lack of Razor Claws.
 
I just got this Articuno from the GTS and I wasn't sure as to wether or not I should keep it. It's Bold Nature and its IVs are: 9, X, 10, 31, 30, 26.

Keep or keep trying for a new Articuno?
 
is it possible to get wish and belly drum on clefable though breeding? belly drum comes from azuremarill and wish comes from several others.. can't remember how move passing works tho..
 
No. Move passing only works if the father knows the move.

Aside, you could breed a belly drumming cleffa in gen 3, teach it softboiled, and if you're lucky have magic guard, softboiled, bellydrumming clefable.

I've been trying to get a Wish Gallade (Experimenting) and the Ralts I bred learned Lucky Chant instead. So I'm wondering, is it really possible for a Wish Gallade?

base 60 isn't anything to be proud of lefties is a bit better IMO.

Yeah I know, I was just disappointed Wish is illegal with Gallade.
Maybe I'll go with Hypnosis with my Bulk Up set.
