Reset for a better Tangela.

For the people that have good explanations for my question. Is it worth to buy an AR or not? Sometimes my cloners aren't on and I really need to clone my Pokemon from that instant. Like Epiphany. I never had my clones because my cloners weren't on at the time. Later, I found out he doesn't go on the forums nomore. So I can't get his Pokemon anymore... So its it worth to have an AR and stuff just for cloning? Is it worth the money?

Can I get an answer please?

@Too_Hungry: I don't know if there's a definite answer... but I'll give my opinion. I don't personally have AR, but I think that for ~$25, it's worth it to be able to clone, if you have a good amount of disposable income. But if you get it, you should plan to stay on the wifi board for a while, to justify buying it.

I'm looking for opinions on Dialga's nature.

Okay, so I have the Azure Flute and I returned to the top of Sky Pillar, where Palkia/Dialga used to be, but nothing happened.

Shouldn't I have been asked to blow the Azure Flute?

Well, if you can buy it off E-Bay, even if I don't have one yet, I definetly think its worth the money. You can get it nice and cheap, and plus you'll get the benefit of not just cloning, but access to all items at all times, as well as the ability to trigger events like Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus. I also think you can re-trigger events like Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie, Giratina, Dialga, Cresselia, Heatran, etc.

So in the end, even if you buy it new for 20 bucks, worth it I think.

Its supposed to ask you do you want to blow the flute when you enter through the door/cave entrance that leads to the Sky Pilliar area. Thats what I saw on YouTube.

Well, I thought Azure Flute was a key item..and key items can't be traded..ask him/her to hack the Arecus event directly into your DS.

I dunno. He just attached the item and sent it over wifi. I've heard other people do it before, so I'm wondering why it's not working for me.

I'm sorry for my lack of help Soy-Monk =(

Just look here on Serebii:

That shows the Azure Flute is a Key Item. From my knowledge, key items are untradable. You can't even let a Pokemon hold a key item in the first place. Try it yourself. Try attaching, say, an explorer kit to any of your Pokemon. There is no "Give" option.

Ok so I'm EV-training my Azelf.

Now then, speed's an obvious 220 EV's. The question is, what should I do about SpA/Defense? I did some calculations and found that I could survive a Weavile pursuit with 56 EV's in Defense, but is it worth it for the special attack drop? Alternatively, I could only put my remainder in Defense, or simply just drop it to HP. Which do you guys recommend?

Stats
56 Def / 232 SpA / 220 Speed -> 277 HP / 190 Def / 337 SpA / 352 Speed.
36 Def / 252 SpA / 220 Speed -> 277 HP / 185 Def / 342 SpA / 352 Speed.
36 HP / 252 SpA / 220 Speed -> 282 HP / 176 Def / 337 SpA / 352 Speed.

Damage Calculations (Weavile Pursuit)
56 Def / 232 SpA / 220 Speed -> 84.48% - 99.64%
36 Def / 252 SpA / 220 Speed -> 87.00% - 102.17%
36 HP / 252 SpA / 220 Speed -> 88.46% - 103.85%
