Also you can have 31 SA IV with Hp Electric: 31/30/30/31/31/30. Vaporeon doesn't need spd anyways. =P

sav your game(go the event section and unselect the Arceus event that should fix it up)
I think it would work if you hack the event with an AR...not sure though, as I've never owned a cheat device.

Okay, this may seem like an odd question, but...what exactly qualifies a "standard" team? OU/BL? Uses standard sets? Do "gimmick" teams such as mono-type teams count? I mean, I'm just asking, because I don't think I've ever made one (all my teams are doubles teams or in some way a gimmick).

Now then, speed's an obvious 220 EV's. The question is, what should I do about SpA/Defense? I did some calculations and found that I could survive a Weavile pursuit with 56 EV's in Defense, but is it worth it for the special attack drop? Alternatively, I could only put my remainder in Defense, or simply just drop it to HP. Which do you guys recommend?

Well, has anyone ever wondered why Dragons are weak to Dragon moves? This has always confused me...I often try imagining Hydro Pump hurting Blastoise, or Fire Blast hurting Charizard, or Thunder hurting Electivire, etc.
