Move Tutor moves worth considering:
Regice: Counter, Psych Up
Regirock: Counter, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunderpunch, Thunder Wave (also a TM in D/P)
Registeel: Seismic Toss, Ice Punch, Thunderpunch, Counter
Groudon: Fire Punch
Rayquaza: Icy Wind
Kyogre: Icy Wind

Of the Regis, only Regirock gets Fire Punch. Regice also gets Thunderpunch and Ice Punch but since his SpAtt is higher this is not worth considering (except for surprise/novelty factor). All are capable of learning Psych Up, and Swords Dance, Thunder Wave and Rock Slide are also able to be learned by most in D/P (via TM) as well as Move Tutor. Icy Wind is helpful for 2 v 2 battles. Seismic Toss for Registeel to overcome his low Att. And finally Groudon can get Fire Punch to complement Swords Dance sets if you don't wish to rely on Overheat.

^ Thank you Toothache, I highly appreciate it.

EDIT: Another Question

What is the fastest and most effective way to rack up points? Because those moves = a whole load of points.

Is Seismic Toss completely necessary on a Blissey moveset? I don't have Emerald, and it's been a pain in the ass trying to get a Chansey in the Safari Zone...Any idea?

Not necessarily. You can run a Calm Mind set, since Blissey has ok SpAtt and can use a good variety of special moves, also shuts down Nasty Plot users who think they can overpower her SpDef (hi Azelf). Check the analysis for other options.

Magienforcer: 50%. It acts as a Choice Band boost, so if you used Harden (I know Milotic doesn't learn it) and then Marvel Scale is activated, is Defense is multiplied by 2.25.

@Yoko

There are 7 facilities in the Battle Frontier. Once you reach a certain point in each frontier (in other words, a relatively big winning streak for most for them), you will face the head of each facility. If you manage to beat the head, you'll be rewarded a bunch of Battle Points and a Symbol, similar to a badge. If you can get 3 different symbols, you can bet your Battle Points now. To bet, there should be a house south of the Battle Pyramid, I believe, and talk to the guy closest to you. He'll tell you where you need to fight and you can choose to bet either 5, 10, or 15 Battle points. Whatever you bet, you gain 2x what you bet if you win. The place where he tells you to win in will change day to day.

For myself, I found the Battle Tower, Battle Dome, and Battle Pike the easiest places to get the Symbols for. Hopefully I explained this alright >_>

^ Magicenforcer, I don't even know what a symbol is. I just started.

the battle frontier symbols, they're kinda like badges for the frontier. if you get three of them, then you can talk to this guy who places bets on chalenges. you can get up to 40 or so BP if you win for him. though you have to loan him your battle points

Mario: thanks.....im trying to make a stall team thats somewhat original :P though that's next to impossible

If you are in Skarm's tournament, I would prefer you didn't read this.

First off, I'd like to clarify why this isn't being posted in the RMT forum. Now, Skarm's UU/BL tournament is coming up in two days, and I have been toiling to make a good team, with no knowledge of the D/P UU metagame. The tiers are still not set in stone, so the threats I have to deal with are still vague to me. I also cannot test the teams I create on Shoddy, due to it containing one BL (which is allowed, according to Skarm's tourney rules) I don't think I could receive feedback quick enough in RMT, so I'm posting here. If this is a mistake, mods, delete my post. So please, if you could help me make revisions to this team appropriately? Thank you for your help.

Magcargo @ Leftovers
Bold
172 HP/252 Def/16 Sp.A

-Stealth Rock
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Lava PLume

Sets up Rocks and screens. Light Screen helped this team a lot when Clefable was filling this niche. Still unsure about this guy though.

Tentacruel @ Leftovers (Liquid Ooze)
Calm
204 HP/36 Spd/96 Sp.A/172 Sp.D

-Giga Drain
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Rapid Spin

Spins + Stuff. Giga Drain instead of Toxic Spikes for Quagsire and Gastrodon.

Ursaring @ Choice Band
Jolly
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd

-Return
-Earthquake
-Fire Punch
-Shadow Claw

Doesn't strike fast, but hits hard. I'm thinking of stick a Fighting move over one of these, I need one. Yes, Ursaring is considered UU by the current tier list, please do not bring this up.

Gastrodon @ Leftovers (Sticky Hold)
Relaxed
212 HP/252 Def/44 Sp.A

-Earthquake
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Recover

He walls all day, unless confronted by a Grass move. Problem is, he can't hit too hard.

Banette @ Leftovers (Insomnia)
Adamant
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd

-Destiny Bond
-Knock Off
-Shadow Claw
-Thunder Wave

Walls the supposed ever-so-popular Hypno, and Shadow Claws it ta' kingdom come. Thunder Waves sweepers and Knocks Off stuff. Destiny Bond hasn't been too helpful. Walls generic sleepers that don't carry Ghost moves. Too bad Persian got Shadow Claw.

Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Naughty
252 Atk/136 Spd/120 Sp. A

-Earthquake
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Stone Edge

My one BL, outspeeds everything and hits fairly hard. Can come in on quite a few things my team can't handle. I guess you could say my team softens up the opponent, while Flygon delivers the punishing strike.

So please, what do you think?

Which moveset for a UU team Jumpluff is better?:

U-turn/Sub/Leech Seed/Sleep Powder
(Standard Sub Seeder)

or

U-turn/Sub/Leech Seed/Aromatherapy
(UU Cleric)

I have no other clerics on my team, so it'd be nice to have him as a cleric, however, can he function without Sleep Powder?

Another thing that I'm worried about is that two of my other team members focus on spreading around Burns, so that could end up being a conflict with Sleep Powder.

I still need this to be answered...

Can someone explain to me how you check IV's in Wi-Fi battles?

You do a level 100 battle with someone, record the stats of your pokemon, then input those stats into a IV calculator. It will give you the definite IVs of the pokemon provided that you record the stats correctly, put the correct nature in the calc, etc.
