I'm going to sound very noobish asking such a thing, but, how do the power items work? Its been a very long time since I actually have done some EV training, so someone please refresh my memory...

Depending on the item, they add 4 ev's to the normal ev's you gain form battling a pokemon.
Power Weight-Plus 4 in HP
Power Bracer-Plus 4 in Att.
Power Belt-Plus 4 in Def.
Power Lens-Plus 4 in Sp.Att
Power Band- Plus 4 in Sp.Def

No Guard only affects attacks used by the Pokemon with No Guard and those used directly against that Pokemon. Unless his Walrein was using Sheer Cold on his own Machamp, it still has a 30% chance of hitting.
If I breed a female pokemon holding an everstone with a ditto that isn't holding anything, will the offspring have a 50% chance of inheriting the female pokemon's nature? or will it treat this as if the ditto were the female? This was not covered in the breeding guide, so I'm asking just to get some clarification.
How do the power items work with PKRS though?
Pokerus doubles the item effect, so if you beat something that normally gives one speed EV, if you have Pokerus and the speed item, you'll get 10 speed EVs.
Whenever you breed with a Ditto, the Ditto always acts as the "nature passer". It doesn't matter if its mate is male or female. So, you'd need to give the Ditto an Everstone in order to pass on its own nature.
Pokerus bonus is always applied last.
Killing a Bidoof with Power Weight and Pokerus:
((1 HP EV) + (4 HP EVs)) * 2 = 10 HP EVs.
Let me use examples since their easier to use:
-If you beat a Starly and your Pokemon has PokeRus and the Power Item, it will gain 10 Speed EVs.
- If you beat a Staravia and your Pokemon has PokeRus and the Power Item, it will gain 12 Speed EVs.
- If you beat a Staraptor and your Pokemon has PokeRus and the Power Item, it will gain 14 or 16 Attack EVs. (Forgot =/.)
Quick question: items list says that Focus Band has a 10% of working. Was the percentage changed in DP? Or has it been 10% in both RS and DP?
Can you chain baton pass like say use ninjask to pass speed to a gliscor then use gliscor to swords dance then can it baton pass the atk and spd to another poke?
Yes. People make teams revolving around that sometimes. Scary stuff if they manage to get set up.
So If I wanted I could say set-up a baton pass team starting with a ninjask then pass to a gliscor, then to an espeon then to a sweeper and have all raised atk, spd, sp.atk, sp.def?
The original is the one that you pick up. The clone appears in the box when you L+R.
So yes, you can tell the original from the clone.
I need help with my mixed Gengar set. I actually have Shadow Ball, Focus Punch, Substitute and Hypnosis as its moves because i want some kind of Mini Breloom^^(Breloom it to slow). But i would like it to have Thunderbolt on the set, and dont know which EV-spread to use.

Assuming you weren't phazed/hazed/fainted in the process, yes, it can and has been done.
Dragon Pulse/Aura Sphere hits everything (Except ninjask) neutrally.
