Shedinja actually comes into existence after the evolution screen is gone, so you evolve Nincada so right after evolution it learns the move, while thee's still the picture of Ninjask in the middle of the screen.
Shedinja copies the Ninjask's moves, not the Nincada's.
Just looking at Lickilicky in a vacuum, because I haven't ironed out other aspects of my team yet, but:
I'm going to be using a Choice Band Lickilicky with Explosion set for one moveslot. What combination of
Body Slam/Return
EQ
Gyro Ball
Focus Punch/Brick Break/Hammer Arm

would anyone recommend for the final three slots?
According to the researchers here, they both bypass Substitute.
Yes, all activities that involve Pokésav make a pokémon illegit because Pokésav trashes part of the Pokémon's data IIRC.
You'd have to ask AR users...

Right and wrong. Pokésav trashes part of the pokémon's data, ONLY IF you choose the "edit" button, close the window that appears (even if you didn't do anything), and then save the game. You can just change YOUR OWN OT/ID to match the pokémon's, without even touching it, and then go to the Name Rater (or whatever his name is) and change the pokémon's nickname.
Pretty safe.
is there any way to nickname a pokemon that has a different id number ?

riichard99th: Only for a trial period on Shoddy; if the battling community decides it's overcentralizing the metagame, then back to Uberville with it. If people come to the conclusion it's not broken, then OU for, huh, forever?

Not that I know.
The effects last until the target switches, if I recall.
If you have an AR, Pokesav can generate a code that lets you change your Name, ID, and gender to match the Pokemon's without any worries of Pokesav potentially screwing over your Pokemon's legitimacy.
