As you can see when you look over the move list, Vacuum Wave is the only special move on the list, however for sake of doing so, the list of pryority moves.

Vacuum Wave 40 Special
Aqua Jet 40 Physical
Bullet Punch 40 Physical
Extremespeed 80 Physical
Ice Shard 40 Physical
Mach Punch 40 Physical
Quick Attack 40 Physical
Shadow Sneak 40 Physical
Sucker Punch 80 Physical (requires to have opponent attacking)
 
Apart from it only being able to sketch 4 moves at a time, and you naturally need to have a pokémon, which has the move, I believe there are no restrictions.

Will breeding with a Nidoran (F) and a Smeargle result in both Nidoran Males and Females, or just females?

on the other hand, if signature moves like judgement and dark void are sketchable, why should chatot's chatter be so special?

Where do i go to play DP online? Like netbattle is for ADV but for DP instead.

This is becuase the confusion rate could not be factored since smeargle doesn't have the voicing programmed like chatot. (the thing were you can talk and it will be chatots cry)

Someone has already pointed out Shoddy Battle. I hope you know Smogon and a selection of well respected members are in the works for a new D/P Simulator going by the name of Competitor. There's no point in asking when it comes out, as there's no real release date or even a prediction, here's a forum to give you the information about it...

In ADV people played Snorlax with 176 SAtk for Skarm, and i think its still the same (on 252/0 Skarm)

Got Muddy Water a boost from ADV to D/P? Because 30% chance to reduce accurary seems good^^ Is it worth to drop Surf on Swampert?
