a sheer force life orbed nidoking doesnt take life orb dammage if sheer force kicks in.
Does this also mean that the +30% dammage from life orb is negated or only the hp drop from it ?

And what is a 'must' to have on a hyper offense team ? Is there a thread for it maybe ?

And yet another question from me (srry ><)
If a mold breaker haxorus , taunts a magic bounce espeon , what happens ?

Also , does magnezone need any defense evs to make his substitute survive power whip/gyro ball from Ferrothorn ?

Taunt bypasses magic bounce because of Mold breaker, it does not get reflected back at you and you successfully taunt Espeon.

Ferrothorn with 0 attack EV's will not break a 0HP/0Def magnezones sub with power whip or gyro ball, although the set from the analysis runs 40 Defence EV's, which I removed.

Ferrothorn (0 EVs, Neutral Nature) Power Whip vs Magnezone@Leftovers (0/0 EVs, Neutral Nature): 19.2 ~ 22.7% (54 ~ 64 HP)

Ferrothorn (0 EVs, Neutral Nature) Gyro Ball vs Magnezone@Leftovers (0/0 EVs, Neutral Nature): 6 ~ 7.1% (17 ~ 20 HP)

That is the stronger of the 2 attacks.

Not sure about your first question but just run the sub charge magnezone on site with a few HP evs. It will always survive a power whip / gyro ball from ferrothorn. I would pull it up for you but I'm on my iPod.

Does a burn cut the attack stat in half or just drop it by one stage? With paralysis it cuts speed in half, not dropping it one stage correct?

Burn status will decrease HP by 12.5% each turn and reduces the damage of physical attacks by 50%, so its like being at -2 stat wise.

Paralysis cuts your speed by 3/4 ie you have 25% of your original speed stat when paralysed.

Thanks Crazybacon!

Also, are there any pokes besides Donphan and Forretress that can learn both SR and Rapid Spin?

No one responded last time, so let's try this again.

This information is from the beginning of October and is going to be a bit outdated when tiers update again at the end of December but here you go:

Rose to OU:
Espeon from BL
Celebi from UU
Gastrodon from RU

Fell to UU:
Machamp
Porygon2
Hippowdon (now is BL I believe)
Whimsicott
Darmanitan
Chandelure
Tornadus

Edit: Also, I'd like to ask a question of my own. Why are Carvahna, Meditite, and Vulpix listed under Limbo on the tier list? At first I thought it was because they were little cup ubers but so are Gligar, Misdreavus, Murkrow, Scyther, Sneasel, Tangela, and Yanma and they are scattered between RU and NU in the tier list. Vulpix I can kind of understand since it has that whole problem with the Drought ban just being coded as a Vulpix ban for the sake of simplicity in UU since no one would bother using it at all anyway, but why aren't Carvahna and Meditite listed as NU when things like Cascoon are?

I think, due to the rise of NU, that most pre evolutions are getting play tested to see if they are worthy of a moveset, for example carvanha and meditite still have relativly good attacing stats, and carvanha can also boost its speed. Bronzor is also another mon that can be used, as evolite and 1 weakness make it incredibly bulky. It's just that they have not been playtested yet, if they fail then they'll prbably be going back too LC status but if they are usable, then they might be bumped up too NU.

Vulpix is banned from UU and is BL, so I don;t know why thats limbo.

Vulpix itself wasn't broken in UU; its ability was. Due (as I understand it) to programming concerns, Vulpix was banned rather than Drought.

As I said, from my perspective the thing with Vulpix kinda makes sense to a degree. It's banned from UU due to difficulties with coding a drought ban, not because it was actually banned, which would explain it's Limbo status since technically it could be in UU, RU, or NU if these coding issues didn't exist (even if it's pretty obvious it would be amongst the Neverused members of NU if it was allowed without drought in those tiers).

However, I still don't understand Carvahna and Meditite, since, being banned from little cup, there isn't really anywhere else for them on the tier list other than NU. Yanma, like Carvahna and Meditite the first member of a two-mon evolutionary line and a Pokemon on the little cup ban list, is listed under NU. Cascoon, which frankly is one of the worst Pokemon in existence, is listed under NU. Carvahna and Meditite have nowhere to go on the tier list other than NU and there are worse mon's than them listed there, so why aren't they listed under NU? Is there something I'm missing?

What would be best alternative to an oldschool excadrill ?
Landorus with rock polish , adamant nature and 3 attacks ?
Landorus with speed boosting nature and swords dance ?
Or scarfed Landorus ?

Or is there any other valuable option then landorus for that matter?

Hey there, very technical question/s here.
This question has been bugging me for a while now, so please answer it.

Sorry for the way I had to explain the question, I couldn't find another way of doing it.

Say I had a breloom with bullet seed and it is holding a metronome, would bullet seeds power go up every time it hits the opponent in the same turn? and if so, could someone please give me a rough calculation of the rise in power seed bomb would recieve because of the items effects?

@soulfly: If you're looking for a sand sweeper then either double dance Terrakion or Ladndorus can work. If you need a revenge killer then you can try Stoutland, the other sand rusher. Scarf-Landorus can work too.

Too tag onto this, Swords Dance Gliscor is still a viable offensive Pokemon in the metagame. Especially with the rising popularity in the Acrobatics set.
