Just built my first showdown team, I selected the option to upload the team to the Showdown Database to save across devices and was given the message "You cannot currently use the teams database".

Is this a paid feature? Maybe based on the age of the showdown account?

Any help appreciated!
 
Is there any way to find my help tickets on showdown? I had a help ticket up because my ip was flagged as proxy, but when I logged out as instructed, I no longer have the help ticket PM up, but I cant make a new one
 
Its been one week and i am not autoconfirmed again and i did play ranked battle many time i need help to get me autoconfirmed: your account must be autoconfirmed, which means being registered for at least one week and winning at least one rated game (any game started through the 'Battle!' button).

You need to be autoconfirmed before you can use the Showdown Database, which requires your account to be a week old and to have won a ladder battle.
 
Is there any practical reason where a user leaving the battle / disconnecting will only be shown once the timer has been turned on? Or would this be considered a bug?
