Again, Pokémon with Levitate can't stop levitating. Do you understand?Disappointed Azelf, Starmie nor Flygon got a Dream World ability.
Which is entirely worthless on it, due to its high speed.Starmie on the other hand got Analyse.
Is it? What about priority?Which is entirely worthless on it, due to its high speed.
Don't you see? If it is hit by a move, the power of its move increases. It can take a hit from those and get a boost. But Natural Cure is much better. We have steel, water, ice, and fighting priority moves, all of which are resisted by Starmie. The only time it would be helpful would be against, say, Agility sets, ES, Mischievous Heart, and Sucker Punch.
Unless I'm forgetting a priority move. Fake Out doesn't count as Starmie will flinch.
Hey guys I just found this Youtube vid, I don't know if it's been discovered yet but the Dream World is already in-game and ready to use:

From what I gather from the beginning of the video he's saying you upload a Pokemon from your box to the Dream World and when the come out they have the Dream World ability. That means movesets we deemed illegal are now legal! Example being PoisonHeal+Roost Gliscor. If you import Pokemon from the previous Gen then give them the Dream World abilities it is possible for this and other sets to be totally legal even though Roost and other TMs are gone. Their main GTS website isn't up yet, so you can't capture Pokemon from the Dream World yet, but at least anyone with the Japanese cart can play around with the abilities :D
I also don't know if there has been any SOLID proof but I think the general consensus is that Dream World abilities ARE going to be breedable.

Honestly since when has consistency ever mattered in pokemon? Mew Levitates yet it doesn't have "levitate". Bronzong also got a DW ability.
I think there's a deeper reason because Mew itself didn't get an ability either.

I don't know about you guys, but I think it's so stupid that these pokemon can only have levitate as an ability. I think that what gamefreak should have done is introduce what I call an implied ability. These pokemon are obviously flying/floating in the air, so it should be implied that they're immune to ground type attacks. Then you can give them their actual ability, which will hopefully be something that benefits them in some way. It isn't some special privelage that these pokemon get levitate, but it's implied because they fly/float etc.
