Thanks to its new ability Speed Boost, Blaziken can compete even in the Treacherous Ubers Environment. After a Swords Dance, Blaziken can quite literally, OHKO everything in the tier bar Giratina with some entry hazards deployed.
Jolly is the preferred nature, as after a Speed Boost, Blaziken can outrun Mewtwo and Shaymin-S without a Choice Scarf, a feat that cannot be accomplished with Adamant. Furthermore, after two Speed Boosts, Blaziken will outspeed Choice Scarf Garchomp, the fastest revenge killer you are likely to see.
Since 176 Speed EVs are all that is required with a Jolly nature, the remainder is poured into Defence, as after boosting its speed, Scarfed Base 90's are still faster, and will OHKO regardless. The extra EVs in Defence are to allow Blaziken to handle Scizor's Bullet Punch and Rayquaza's Extremespeed better, though they can be shifted to HP if you would like extra bulk for to offset Flare Blitz recoil.
Shadow Claw is the preferred option in the last slot, since it is far more reliable in conjunction with the recoil you may take from your STAB moves. After a Swords Dance, Shadow Claw easily OHKOs all frail Psychics in the tier, even going as far as KOing Lead Mew after Stealth Rock Damage. Provided the sun is shining, Flare Blitz is more powerful than a Stone Edge against almost everything bar Ho-oh, who is OHKOed by High Jump Kick after Stealth Rock damage anyway. However, without the sun, Blaziken has difficulty threatening Lugia, who can live a boosted Shadow Claw and Whirlwind away Blaziken's boosts, making Stone Edge a valid option.
There are two pokemon who should always be used alongside Blaziken if possible. Groudon, intuitively, provides sunlight to boost Blaziken's Fire STAB to garagantuan levels and can absorb Thunder Waves and set up Stealth Rocks to assist Blaziken score some crucial KOs. Wobbuffet is also a great partner, as it can encore a status or support move to give Blaziken a chance to set up, as well as eliminating pesky scarfers who can ruin the Flaming Chicken's sweep.
