Egg Moves: Dragon Dance
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Hydration (DW)
An interesting alternative on a rain dance/drizzle team. Lapras has always been one of my favorite pokemon and it's new ability is pretty convenient in the rain, as Lapras is able to just recover all it's health in one turn without any detrimental effects afterwards.

dragon tail has low prorit wich means it goes last
A Scrafty outspeeds a phazer like Hippowdon and will use Dragon Tail on it before Hippowdon can Roar away its boost.
I think thats what he meant.
That is Precisely what I meant, as they both have the negative priority the faster poké goes first (Scrafty) and avoids the P-Haze

Notes: I was using this set on the ladder to troll people and I have some neat results, just pressure your rival so he can not use SR or spikes (and run a spinner in case) and BAM, Mawile is going to revenge kill some extremely powerful pokemon like Excadrill, Thundurus and such, she's even faster than Tyranitar so you can beat it too. Too bad about no nick names :<, I wish I could name her "IronMaiden" :U
