Stall is actually a fun playstyle but with the hyper offense, it just needs something else to bring it back. Weather has become totally dominant, so something that can thrash weather pokemon is a good idea, and momentum just sounds like an interesting concept.

i think weather is a very powerful factor in the 5th gen metagame and it would be awesome if i could destroy those annoying doryuuzu and such.
