Momentum is not a variable that can be isolated onto a single Pokemon unless it is overpowered. Not unless we're making Arceus...he'll for sure fulfill the concept of momentum.

Weather slayer looks like a good concept given what 5th gen has given us, but I think Momentum could do even greater things and in general is a better concept.
